شناسایی و تدوین شاخص های ارزیابی عملکرد اخلاق مدار کارکنان سازمان کمیته امداد امام خمینی(ره) در پرتو سیره امام علی(ع) با تمرکز بر رعایت عدالت در مواجهه با جامعه هدف

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی شاخص های ناظر بر ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان های متولی فقرزدایی، با توجه به سیره امام علیj به منزله اسوه حکمرانی اخلاقی در جامعه اسلامی است. بدین ترتیب، پس از مطالعه نهج البلاغه و بررسی سیره امام علیj و با تأیید نظر خبرگان، کدهای مربوطه با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم در قالب 5 تم اصلی شامل عدالت رفتاری، عدالت سیاسی، عدالت فرهنگی، عدالت اقتصادی و عدالت توزیعی تدوین شدند. سپس کدهای به دست آمده، با عملکرد کارکنان کمیته امداد امام خمینیe، به مثابه نمونه ای از نهادهای متولی فقرزدایی، انطباق داده شدند. پژوهش حاضر از منظر روش شناسی در زمره پژوهش های آمیخته قرار می گیرد و به لحاظ هدف، از نوع پژوهش های کاربردی محسوب می شود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مشتمل بر کارکنان سازمان کمیته امداد امام خمینیe در استان تهران با جمعیتی بالغ بر 500 نفر است. براساس فرمول کوکران، 217 نفر مورد پژوهش قرار گرفتند. روایی پرسش نامه از سوی نظر خبرگان تأیید شد و از حیث پایایی پژوهش نیز ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 839٪ به دست آمد. برای بررسی ارتباط بین شاخص ها از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون T تست تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون T تک نمونه ای نیز تأیید کرد که از میان مؤلفه های اصلی عملکرد اخلاق مدار براساس سیره امام علیj، در این سازمان، عدالت اقتصادی و فرهنگی در سطح مطلوب و عدالت رفتاری، عدالت سیاسی و عدالت توزیعی، از وضعیت مناسبی برخوردار نیستند.Identifying and compiling indicators for evaluating the ethical performance of employees of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in the light of Imam Ali's life (AS) and conduct with a focus on observing justice in dealing with the target community
The present study aims to explain behavior management of employees in organizations in charge of poverty alleviation according to the Imam Ali’s (AS) speeches and behavior as a model of morality in Islamic society. To this aim, the relevant codes were compiled using theme analysis in the form of behavioral, political, cultural, economic, and distributive justice after studying Nahj al-Balagha and examining Imam Ali’s (AS) speeches and behavior and confirming by experts. Then, the obtained codes were adapted to the performance of employees in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee as an institution in charge of poverty alleviation. The present study is considered as descriptive correlational and practical in terms of methodology and objective, respectively. The population included employees of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Tehran province (N=500). In the next procedure, 217 people were studied based on Cochran's formula. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0/839 was achieved in terms of reliability. SPSS software and one-sample t-test were used to examine the relationship between the indicators. Based on the results, among the main components of ethical performance inspired by the Imam Ali’s (AS) speeches and behavior, economic and cultural justices were at the desired level, while behavioral, political, and distributive justices fail to have a good status in this organization.
