چکیده
هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه خودشیفتگی مدیران با سکوت سازمانی کارکنان شهر هشترود بود. حجم جامعه مورد مطالعه 319 نفر از کارکنان ادارات دولتی شهرستان هشترود بودند که 175 نفر از آنان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی و فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه های محقق ساخته بودند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که بین ابعاد خودشیفتگی مدیران با سکوت سازمانی کارکنان ادارات دولتی شهرستان هشترود رابطه مستقیم و معنی دار بود.The Relationship between Managers' Narcisstic Personality and Employees' Organizational Silence
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers narcissism and employees' organizational silence of Hashtroud city. The statistical population 319 employees that 175 of them were selected as statistical sample through was simple random sampling. A questionnaire, by the researcher, was used for gathering data. To examine the questionnaire's reliability, Cronbach's Alpha was used. Pearson correlution and Multiple regression were used. To analyzing the data results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the dimensions of the managers narcissism with employees organizational silence.
