اثر تعارض کار-خانواده بر آمادگی به اعتیاد: نقش واسطه ای استرس شغلی

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر تعارض کار-خانواده بر آمادگی به اعتیاد با میانجی گری استرس شغلی بود. نمونه 292 نفر از کارکنان شرکت بهره برداری نفت و گاز آغاجاری بودند که به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه تحقیق را کامل کردند. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) انجام گرفت. روابط واسطه ای در الگوی پیشنهادی با استفاده از روش بوت استراپ آزموده شدند. طبق نتایج حاصل الگوی پیشنهادی از برازش خوبی با داده ها برخوردار بود. اثر مثبت مستقیم تعارض خانواده-کار و استرس شغلی بر آمادگی به اعتیاد و تعارض کار-خانواده و تعارض خانواده-کار بر استرس شغلی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. اثر مثبت مستقیم تعارض کار-خانواده بر آمادگی به اعتیاد مورد تأیید قرار نگرفت. اثر غیرمستقیم تعارض کار-خانواده و تعارض خانواده-کار بر آمادگی به اعتیاد از طریق استرس شغلی تأیید شد.The Effect of Work /Family Conflict on Readiness for Addiction: The Mediating Role of Job Stress
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of work-family conflict on addiction potential with mediating role of job stress. The sample consisted of 292 randomly selected employees of Aghajari Oil and Gas Company who completed the research questionnaires. The proposed model was tested by structural equation modeling (SEM). Indirect effects were tested using bootstrap method. According to the results, the proposed model had good fit with the data. The positive direct effects of family work conflict and job stress on addiction potential and work/family conflict on job stress were confirmed. The positive direct effect of work/family conflict on addiction potential was not confirmed. Indirect effect of work/family conflict and family work conflict on addiction potential effect through job stress was confirmed.
