شناسایی مولفه های موثر بر تولید واحدهای فعال تولیدی استان سمنان (با نگاهی بر وظایف پلیس امنیت اقتصادی)

چکیده
طی سال های اخیر به سبب ایجاد رکود در سیستم های اقتصادی کشورهای مختلف، مسئله تولید و بالتبع اشتغال به یکی از مهمترین دغدغه های تصمیم گیران و سیاستمداران مبدل گشته است. در ایران نیز با توجه به شرایط سیاسی دولتهای گذشته و عدم بهره گیری از امکانات موجود در کشور مسائل و مشکلات مهمی در زمینه تولید و اشتغال ایجاد شده است. در همین راستا و با توجه به اهمیت بالای موضوع تولید، در این پژوهش با گردآوری داده های مربوط به وضعیت تولیدی شرکتهای منتخب در زمینه تولید در استان سمنان به بررسی وضعیت این شرکتها و شناسایی متغیرهای موثر بر تولید در آنها پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل از به کارگیری روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار و تحلیل مضمون تماتیک نشان داد که مهمترین عوامل موثر بر تولید در شرکتهای تولیدی استان سمنان عبارت است از: نرخ ارز، احتکار، قاچاق کالا و ارز، نرخ تورم، عدم هماهنگی دستگاه های تولیدی با شرکتهای فعال در زمینه شناسایی مشکلات تولیدی آنها، عدم ارتباط و فقدان ساختار منظم و توسعه یافته جهت ارتباط شرکتهای تولیدی با پلیس امنیت اقتصادی، عدم وجود روحیه جهادی در نظام تولیدی و عدم برخورداری از دانش و علم کافی و روحیه مسئولیت پذیری در کار. انتظار می رود که پلیس امنیت اقتصادی با بهره برداری از پژوهش موجود و ایجاد نوآوری در وظایف خود و همچنین ارتباط مستمر با سایر دستگاه های تولیدی بتواند گام مهمی در بهبود تولید و اشتغال چه در استان سمنان و چه در ایران عزیز اسلامی داشته باشد.Identifying the factors affecting the production of active production units in Semnan province (Looking at the duties of the economic security police)
In recent years, due to stagnation in the economic systems of different countries, the issue of production and consequently employment has become one of the most important concerns of decision makers and politicians. In Iran, due to the political conditions of the past governments and the lack of use of the available facilities in the country, important issues and problems have been created in the field of production and employment. In the meantime, the devices that affect production have important and undeniable tasks in improving the field of production and employment. One of the most important devices affecting production in Iran, along with other guardian devices, is Faraja Economic Security Police. With its legal duties and access, although limited (in the current situation), this deputy can have wide-ranging effects on macroeconomic variables such as gross domestic product and gross national product, and the improvement of other macroeconomic variables, including the index stock price, unemployment rate, fight against smuggling of goods and currency and inflation rate. With the removal of problems only unemployment will decrease,also the increase in employment and consequently the increase in production units, along with the coordination of various institutions with the economic deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, can help the country in the first place by increasing exports and in the first place. After that, enjoy increasing economic growth. In this regard and considering the high importance of production, in this research, by collecting data related to the production status of selected companies in the field of production in Semnan province, the status of these companies and the identification of variables affecting production in them have been investigated.as well as continuous communication with other production units, can take an important step in improving production and employment both in Semnan Province and in Islamic Iran.
