چکیده
تواناترین جایگاه تحقق عدالت به عنوان آرمان والای انسان بر روی زمین، سیاست و نظام سیاسی است. اهمیت این موضوع تا حدی است که تحقق عدالت در ابعاد گوناگون، در سایه سیاست عدل و توسط حکمرانان آن میسر می گردد. در میان متفکران مسلمان، علامه شهید صدر با نبوغ، موشکافی و اشراف بر بسیاری از نظریه های جدید، به ارتباط عمیق عدالت با سیاست به ویژه در بعد تحقق معتقد است و بررسی نظریه وی می تواند روشنگر راه برای تحقق عدالت در جامعه باشد. از این رو، پرسش اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که شهید صدر چه رابطه ای را میان عدالت و سیاست و نظام سیاسی ترسیم کرده است؟ در این بررسی، با روش منطق درونی برای کشف و تبیین رابطه مذکور در دیدگاه وی با اتکاء بر توحید و فطرت انسانی تلاش شده است. به اعتقاد صدر، مهم ترین بعد جانشینی انسان در زمین، سیاست یا مسئولیت سرنوشت جمعی خویش است که در سایه آن، تحقق و استمرار عدالت معنا می یابد. عدالت توسط نظام سیاسی حقیقی و از طریق اصولی مانند قانون عادلانه، اجرا، نظارت، مشارکت عمومی، تکافل عمومی، ضمان اجتماعی و توازن اجتماعی تحقق می یابد.An Explanation of the Relationship Between Justice and Political System from the Perspective of Allame Mohammad Bagher Sadr
The most powerful apparatus of implementation of justice, the utopian ideal of human being, is political system. The importance of this issue is to the extent that the implementation of justice is possible in its various aspects, in the shade of just policy and just rulers. Among Muslim thinkers, Allameh Sadr with his ingenuity, subtlety and nobility of many new ideas, believes that there is a close relationship between justice and policy, especially considering the implementation of justice. A review of his theory can illuminate the issue of justice in society. So, our main question here is: what kind of relationship between justice and political system Allameh Sadr has explored? We used an internal logic method to find out the mentioned relationship. In sum, according to Allameh Sadr, man is responsible for his own destiny and it is within this framework that justice can be materialized and continued. Political system supports justice through just laws, implementation, control, public participation, “public Takafol” and social balance.
