واکاوی ماهیت امانت شرعیه از دیدگاه قرآن و حدیث (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده

In this inquiry the structure component of legal honesty _ lawgiver permission to possession and proprietor beneficence _ are evaluated. In this writing " Aye Ehsan and the contents of relevant Hadiths are analysed. Lawgiver permission to possession regardless of real proprietor beneficence does not create proprietor honesty. Lawgiver permission like owner permission regardless of proprietor beneficence makes the possession guarantee. Lawgiver permission to possession in properties always is later of owner satisfaction to possession which is acquired from mood. In the other word lawgiver permissibility is based on owner permissibility.
