چکیده
شرکت های لیزینگ در جهان از روش های متنوعی جهت تأمین و تخصیص منابع استفاده می نمایند ولی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران این روش ها کمتر موردتوجه قرار می گیرد. این روش ها برای اینکه قابلیت کاربرد در شرکت های لیزینگ داخلی را داشته باشند ابتدا باید از منظر ابعاد فقهی مورد واکاوی قرارگرفته و درصورتی که مورد تأیید واقع شدند، ابعاد اقتصادی آن نیز بررسی شده تا در صورت قابلیت کاربرد در محیط اقتصادی کشور مورداستفاده شرکت های لیزینگ قرار گیرند. در این مقاله پس از احصاء روش های تجهیز و تخصیص منابع در شرکت های لیزینگ در دنیا، به بررسی زوایای فقهی هرکدام از روش ها پرداخته شده و پس ازآن با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان فقه اقتصادی و با استفاده از روش اجتهاد چندمرحله ای، مبانی فقهی کاربرد این روش ها مورد تأیید واقع گردیده اند. پس ازآن با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان صنعت، شرایط کارایی این ابزارها در محیط اقتصادی کشور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته اند. در ادامه معیارهایی که برای استفاده از روش های فوق در ترکیب تجهیز و تخصیص منابع این شرکت ها موردتوجه قرار گیرد با مصاحبه از خبرگان صنعت استخراج گردید و در نهایت با استفاده از روش انفیس به ارائه مدلی جهت طراحی الگو برای شرکت های لیزینگ ایران پرداخته شده است. یافته های تحقیق عبارتند از: احصاء روش های تجهیز و تخصیص منابع شرکت های لیزینگ، اعتبارسنجی فقهی این روش ها، اعتبارسنجی مالی آن ها، استخراج معیارهای لازم جهت طراحی الگو و در نهایت ارائه الگو برای شرکت های لیزینگ.Designing a Model for Equipping and Allocating Resources of Iranian Leasing Companies in the framework of Imamiyah Jurisprudence
Leasing companies in the world use various methods to equip and allocate resources, but in Iran these methods are less considered. In order for these methods to be applicable in domestic leasing companies, they must first be analyzed jurisprudentially and if approved, their economic dimensions are also to be examined so that they could be used by leasing companies if, of course, they fit in the economic environment of the country.
In this research, after enumerating the methods of equipping and allocating resources in leasing companies in the world, the jurisprudential details of each method are studied and then following the opinions of economic jurisprudence experts and the multi-stage ijtihad method, the application of these methods have been approved. Furthermore, by using the industry experts’ opinions, the efficiency conditions of these tools in the economic environment of the country have been evaluated. Afterwards, the criteria for using the above methods in the structure of equipping and allocating these companies' resources have been extracted by interviewing industry experts, and finally, with the use of ANFIS method a model for Iranian leasing companies has been presented. The research findings indicate the enumeration of methods of equipping and allocating resources of leasing companies, jurisprudential validation of these methods, their financial validation, extraction of the necessary criteria for designing a model and finally presentation of a model to leasing companies.
