انتخاب مناسب ترین نظام بهره برداری در مدیریت آبیاری در شبکه آبیاری و زهکشی جفیر استان خوزستان با استفاده از تحلیل (NII)

چکیده
ساماندهی نظام های بهره برداری از منابع تولید، آب و خاک یکی از مباحث بنیادی و از چالش های اساسی در کشاورزی ایران می باشد. بنابراین ضرورت دارد با اتخاذ راهکارهایی مناسب در جهت رفع مشکلات موجود اقدام نمود. طرح جفیر با وسعتی بالغ بر 36520 هکتار در 35 کیلومتری جنوب غربی شهرستان اهواز واقع شده است. این طرح به 7 واحد عمرانی تفکیک شده است که 5500 هکتار از آن قابل بهره برداری می باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف انتخاب مناسب ترین نظام بهره برداری منابع آب در بخش کشاورزی شبکه آبیاری و زهکشی جفیر با استفاده از تحلیل (NII) انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و از نظر هدف در زمره (AHP) سلسله مراتبی پژوهش های کاربردی می باشد و انتخاب حجم نمونه بوسیله نمونه گیری هدفمند صورت گرفته است. طی بررسی های صورت گرفته سه نوع نظام شامل شرکت های تعاونی تولید، شرکت های سهامی زراعی و شرکت های کشت و صنعت به عنوان گزینه های این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. باتوجه به تکنیک تحلیل داده ها و انتخاب مناسب-ترین گزینه برای نظام بهره برداری منابع آب و خاک، سه معیار اصلی تعیین و برای هر معیار نیز چهار زیرمعیار انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود که توسط 22 نفر از متخصصان (کارکنان سازمان آب و برق خوزستان، شرکت بهره برداری از شبکه های آبیاری و زهکشی کرخه و شاوور، تعاون روستایی ایران، تعاون روستایی استان خوزستان و اتحادیه تعاونی های تولید ایثارگران جفیر) که در زمینه موضوع دارای دانش و تجربه بودند، تکمیل شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار Expert choice انجام گرفت. مطابق نتایج حاصله شرکت سهامی زراعی بالاترین اولویت بود.Selection of the most suitable exploitation system of irrigation management in jofeyr irrigation and drainage network of Khuzestan province using analysis (NII)
Organizing the systems of exploitation of production resources, water and soil is one of the fundamental issues and one of the main challenges in Iranian agriculture. Therefore, it is necessary to take appropriate measures to solve the existing problems. Jofeyr project with an area of 36,520 hectares is located 35 km southwest of Ahvaz city. This project is divided into 7 development units, of which 5500 hectares can be exploited. The aim of this study was to select the most appropriate water resources utilization system in the agricultural sector of Jofeyr Irrigation and Drainage Network using analysis (NII). This research is a descriptive-survey type and in terms of purpose in the category (AHP) is a hierarchical of applied research and the sample size was selected by purposive sampling. During the studies, three types of systems including production cooperatives, agricultural joint stock companies and agro-industrial companies were selected as options for this study. According to the data analysis technique and the selection of the most appropriate option for the water and soil resources exploitation system, three main criteria were determined and four sub-criteria were selected for each criterion The data collection tool was a questionnaire conducted by 22 specialists (employees of Khuzestan Water and Electricity Organization, Karkheh and Shavuor Irrigation and Drainage Networks Operation Company, Rural Cooperative of Iran, Rural Cooperative of Khuzestan Province and Jofeyr Veterans Production Cooperative Union) in The subject matter had knowledge and experience, was completed. Data analysis was performed using Expert choice software. According to the results, the agricultural joint stock company was in the highest priority.
