پیشگیری از وقوع سرقت، مورد مطالعه: شهر شاهرود

چکیده
وقوع جرم های شهری تبدیل به یک نگرانی عمده برای یک دوره طولانی شده است ومحققان و پژوهشگران جهان در واقع راههای بسیاری را برای پیشگیری و کاهش جرم و جنایت در شهرها ارائه داده اند محی ط شهری تاثیرات مختلفی بر فضاهای شهری وزندگی شهروندان می گذارد که تأثیر بر افزایش جرائم و کاهش احساس امنیت شهروندان مهمترین تاثیرات آن است. پدیده ی سرقت و نامنی شهری به نوعی با نظم و امن یت کشور در ارتباط است و به دلیل همراه داشتن لطمات روح ی و جسمانی برای مال باختگان، به ای جاد ناامنی در جامعه منجر م یشود. ی کی از راهبرد ها ی پی شگیرانه از جرم و به تبع آن سرقت،پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیط ی و توجه به محیط جغرا فیا یی جرم است.هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی شرایط محیط ی در وقوع جرم سرقت بوده است. روش تحقیق ،توصیفی تحلیل ی بر پایه مطالعات کتابخانه ای و می دانی بوده است. یافته های تحقیق براهمیت نقش مکان در شهر شاهرود در م یزان و فراوانی جرم سرقت تاکید دارد بیشترین سرقت ها مربوط به شهر کهای حاشیه شهر، مثل شهرک فدک، کوثر، بهشتی، پردی س و دو شهرک در داخل شهر به نام شهرک ولیعصر و شهرک انقلاب رخ م ی دهد که نقش و تأثیر کالبد و فیزی ک شهرها و طراحی مناسب فضاها و مجتمع های زی ستی شهری تأثیر مستقیم ی بر کاهش و پ یشگیر ی از جرم داشته است. لذا با توجه به رابطه بین فضاهای بی دفاع و جرم سرقت، با کاهش فضاهای بی دفاع و توجه به مکان جرم و طراحی مناسب محیط، میتوان از وقوع برخی از جرائم جلوگیری به عمل آورد.Prevention of theft Case study: Shahroud city
The urban environment has different effects on urban spaces andcitizens 'lives, the most important of which is the increase in crimeand the decrease in citizens' sense of security. The phenomenon of theft and urban insecurity is somehow related to the order andsecurity of the country and due to the psychological and physicaldamage to the lost property, leads toinsecurity in society. One ofthe strategies to prevent crime and consequently theft is to preventcrime through environmental design and attention to thegeographical environment of crime. The purpose of this study wasto investigate the environmental conditions in the occurrence oftheft. The research method was descriptive-analytical based on library and field studies. Findings of the study emphasize theimportance of the role of location in Shahroud in the amount and frequency of robbery. It shows that the role and effect of the body and physics of cities and the proper design of urban spaces and biological complexes have had a direct impact on crime reductionand prevention. Therefore, considering the relationship betweendefenseless spaces and the crime of theft, by reducing defenselessspaces and paying attention to the crime scene and proper design of the environment, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of some crimes.
