چالش های اساسی ناجا در تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامی ایران (معنویت و اخلاق)

چکیده
مقدمه: انقلاب ها و نظام های سیاسی همواره در طول تاریخ با آسیب ها و چالش هایی روبرو بوده که غالباً شناخته شده نمی باشند، و به صورت پیچیده و پنهان با چهره های مختلف و گوناگون، و در لباس به ظاهر حق و انقلابی جلوه گر می شوند؛ چنانچه این چالش ها و آسیب ها به موقع مورد شناسایی و دفع نشوند، ممکن است انقلاب را از بین ببرند و یا حداقل آن را از رسیدن به اهداف و آرمان هایش بازدارند. هدف: در این پژوهش تلاش شده است که یکی از چاش های اساسی (شاخص های معنویت و اخلاق) ناجا که می توانند کارآمدی نظام را افزایش دهد و تحقق اهداف انقلاب اسلامی ایران را میسر سازد معرفی شوند. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، پژوهش کیفی است که به صورت روش تحلیل محتوا و اسنادی به رشته تحریر در آمده است. یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آن است که برقراری عدالت، رفاه، امنیت آزادی ، پاسخگویی به نیازها و مطالبات مردم، جلب مشارکت، حمایت از مردم از اهداف و ارزش هایی هستند که مورد انتظار جامعه اسلامی است و رفع این نیازها و رسیدن به این اهداف با ناجا ارتباط تنگاتنگی دارد. نتیجه گیری: آموزش معنویت و اخلاق در کارکنان ناجا میزان کارآمدی و موفقیت در دستیابی به اهداف انقلاب اسلامی را تسهیل می کند.NAJA Basic Challenges in Achieving the Goals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran (Spirituality and Ethics)
Introduction: Revolutions and political systems have always faced harms and challenges throughout history that are often not known, and in a complex and hidden way with different faces, and in the guise of appearing right and revolutionary. Are; If these challenges and harms are not identified and repelled in time, they may destroy the revolution or at least prevent it from achieving its goals and ideals. Objective: In this study, an attempt has been made to introduce one of the basic triggers (indicators of spirituality and ethics) of NAJA that can increase the efficiency of the system and enable the realization of the goals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Research Method: The present study is a qualitative research that has been written as a method of content analysis and documentation. Findings: The results of the present study indicate that the establishment of justice, welfare, security of liberty, responding to the needs and demands of the people, participation, support of the people are among the goals and values that are expected of the Islamic community and eliminate These needs and the achievement of these goals are closely related to the NAJA. Conclusion: Training in spirituality and ethics in NAJA staff facilitates the efficiency and success in achieving the goals of the Islamic Revolution.
