چکیده
بررسی کانون های شکل گیری ناهنجاری ومکان استقرارکانکس ها و نیروها جهت مدیریت مسلط بر انواع جرایم و در راستای پیشگیری جرم از اهمیت فراوانی بویژه در شهر برخوردار است. در این تحقیق از روش توصیفی تحلیلی به عنوان روش پژوهشی استفاده شده است هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی کانون های شکل گیری ناهنجاری شهری (سرقت و نزاع) ومکان یابی پیشنهادی جغرافیایی کانکس انتظامی جهت پیشگیری از جرایم شهری گرمسار بوده که بر همین اساس داده های آماری مربوط به جرائم گرمسار(سرقت و نزاع) تهیه شد.وقوع جرائم در شهر گرمسار یکی از مسائلی است که نیاز به بررسی و شناخت دارد تحقیق حاضر عوامل و کانون های جغرافیایی و محیطی مؤثر بر وقوع و کشف جرم را موردبررسی قرار داد که نتایج حاصله با توجه به تحقیقات مختلف صورت گرفته و بنا بر در نظر گرفتن نقاط جرم خیز شهر ، مهم ترین هسته ها و کانون های شکل گیری ناهنجاری ها در شهر گرمسار ذکر و شناسایی شد.لذا بر اساس نتایج حاصله راهکارهای اجرایی تدوین و پیشنهاد استقرار کیوسک پلیس در میدان امام و میدان انقلاب گردید.Investigating the foci of malformation and crime formation in the city (Case Study: Garmsar city , Semnan Provinc,
