چکیده
یکی از جرایمی که تاثیر زیادی بر امنیت عمومی می گذارد جرایم تجاوز جنسی است که چه بسا با یک هتک حرمت بحرانی اجتماعی در جامعه ایجاد شده و دامنه آن به خارج از مرزهای جغرافیایی محل جرم کشیده شود. در سالهای اخیر تحلیل جرایم که جمعیت شناختی بزهکاران و بزهدیده ها یکی از شاخه های آن است اهمیت زیادی در نهادهای انتظامی و قضایی پیدا نموده است و به منظور ارایه پاسخ مناسب به هر مشکلی نیاز است که دید کاملی از آن مساله داشت. در این پژوهش قصد آنست که عوامل مختلفی که در وقوع این جرم اثر گذار است با تاکید بر جرم شناختی قربانیان تجاوز به عنف و مجرمین بررسی گردد. تحقیق از نوع پژوهش تحلیلی توصیفی است. که ضمن استفاده از متون و نظریات با استفاده از تحقیق اینترنتی و کتابخانه ای، از طریق کد بندی و طبقه بندی نظام مند داده های مورد بررسی سعی در کشف روابط عوامل با موضوع تحقیق را دارد. در این تحقیق تعداد محدودی پرونده های تجاوز به عنف شهرستان شاهرود که در سالهای 95 و 96 به پلیس آگاهی ارجاع شده در بخش جمعیت شناختی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش به بررسی نظریات موجود با مقادیر آماری حاصل شده از تحلیل کمی پرونده ها نیز نگاهی گذرا می گردد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد آشنایی قبلی مابین قربانی و متجاوز با وقوع جرم ارتباط داشته است و از هم گسیختگی خانوادگی، ارتباط نامناسب با همسالان، شبکه های مجازی، آموزه های فرهنگی نامناسب، عدم تربیت مناسب جنسی و حاشیه نشینی از علل و عوامل وقوع این جرایم است.Criminological Analysis of Rape Based on the Demographic Demographic of its Victims and Offenders Case Study: Shahroud city 95 and 96.
One of the crimes that have a major impact on public safety is rape, which may be triggered by a social crisis with social disrespect and extends beyond the geographical boundaries of the crime scene. In recent years, crime analysis, which is one of the branches of the demographic of offenders and victims, has become increasingly important in law enforcement and justice, and in order to provide a proper response to any problem that has a complete view of it. The purpose of this study is to investigate the various factors that influence the occurrence of this crime by emphasizing on the criminological profile of rape victims and offenders. The research is a descriptive-analytical one. Using texts and theories through online and library research, he attempts to discover the relationships of the factors with the research through the systematic coding and classification of the survey data. In this study, a limited number of rape cases in Shahroud County investigated in the demographic department in the years 95 and 96 were referred to the police. In this study, we will take a look at existing theories with statistical values obtained from quantitative analysis of files. The results show that prior familiarity with the victim and the perpetrator was related to the occurrence of crime and family breakdown, inappropriate communication with peers, virtual networks, inappropriate cultural teachings, inappropriate sexual education, and marginalization of the causes and causes of this.
