نقش زنان در بزه دیدگی خود در وقوع جرایم جنسی (مطالعه موردی شهرستان شاهرود از سال 1385- 1395)

چکیده
در نظریه فعالیت روزانه، جرم در زندگی روزمره زنان ممکن است ارتکاب پیدا کند و آن ها بزه دیده اعمال مجرمانه شوند، اما آن چه از اهمیت وضرورت برخوردار است این است که چه موقع جرم جرایم جنسی علیه آنان ارتکاب می یابد و چگونه در زندگی روزمره آنان جای می گیرد. سؤال اصلی تحقیق این است که نقش زنان در بزه دیدگی خود در وقوع جرایم جنسی در ده سال اخیر چگونه بوده است؟ فرضیه اصلی در پاسخ به سوال فوق این است که زنان به عنوان آماج های جرم، نقش تعیین کننده ای در گذر از اندیشه به عمل مجرمانه و فعلیت یافتن اندیشه مجرمانه ایفاء می کنند. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که زنان بزه دیده در وقوع جرایم جنسی در ده سال اخیر تأثیر داشته است و بین گسترش انحرافات و عوامل جنسی و ارتکاب جرایم جنسی و بین عوامل اجتماعی و اقتصادی و ارتکاب جرایم جنسی رابطه وجود دارد. همچنین بین عوامل فرهنگی و توسعه فرهنگ و ارتکاب جرایم جنسی علیه زنان و بین عدم حمایت و وضع مالی و ارتکاب جرایم جنسی علیه زنان رابطه وجود دارد. افزون بر آن رفتار و گفتار تحریک کننده و اغواءکننده و بی احتیاطی های زنان ممکن است زمینه مناسبی را برای ارتکاب جرایم جنسی علیه آنان فراهم آورد .The role of women in their crime in the occurrence of sexual offenses (Case study of Shahroud city from 2006 to 2016)
In day-to-day activity theory, crime in everyday life of women may be committed and they are victimized by criminal acts, but what is important is when the crime of sexual offenses is committed against them and how they are committed in everyday life They will be replaced. The main question of the research is how has women been involved in their crime of sexual crimes in the last ten years? The main hypothesis in answering the above question is that women as target crime play a decisive role in passing from thought to criminal act and actuality of criminal thought. The results of the research show that women who have been victimized have been affected by the occurrence of sexual crimes in the last ten years, and there is a relationship between the spread of deviations and sexual factors and the commission of sexual crimes, and between socio-economic factors and the commission of sexual crimes. There is also a relationship between cultural factors and the development of culture and the commission of sexual crimes against women, and between the lack of financial support and financial support and the commission of sexual offenses against women. In addition, provocative and seductive behavior and women's negligence may provide a good basis for committing sexual offenses against them.
