چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت موضوع پدافند غیرعامل، نبود رویکرد مش خص راهب ردی در مورد پدافند غیرعامل در ترکیب با مؤلف ه ه ای دین ی و معن وی و الگ وی دف اعی و امنیتی سبب بروز ابهام هایی در فهم اصول پایه ای دفاع غیرعامل شده و اتلاف من ابع را به همراه خواهد داشت. نتایج و تجربیات حاصل از جنگ های اخی ر در منطق ه و سایر نقاط جهان نشان داده اس ت ک ه ع دم توج ه ب ه پدافن د غیرعام ل، تلف ات و ضایعات جبران ناپذیری را بر جای خواهد گذاشت. اینکه چه رویک رد و ی ا راهب رد اساسی در این زمینه وجود دارد، چالش عینی برای ص احبنظران عرص ه دف اع غی ر عامل است. در این راستا تمهیدات طراحانه در معماری ساختمان های عمومی به ویژه مناطق استراتژیک برای حفظ پایداری و حیات و تداوم فعالیت های خود در شرایط بحران ملزم به رعایت معیارهایی خاص می باشند. هدف این مقاله تعیین رویکرد مناسب در خصوص بکارگیری پدافند غیر عامل در مناطق استراتژیک شهری است؛ این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی ترویجی - توصیفی و مطالعات مکتوب، کتابخانه ای، اینترنت و جمع آوری اطلاعات و به دنبال آن بررسی های میدانی به کمک روش های ساده سازی اطلاعات ارائه شده در پ ی الزام بکارگیری پدافند غیر عامل در مناطق استراتژیک شهری می باشد.The need to use non-operational defense in urban strategic areas
Given the importance of passive defense, the lack of a robust strategic approach to passive defense combined with religious and spiritual components and defense and security patterns will create ambiguities in understanding the underlying principles of inertial defense and waste of resources. The results and experiences of the recent wars in the region and elsewhere in the world have shown that the lack of attention to passive defense will have irreparable casualties and losses. What a fundamental approach or strategy exists in this regard is the objective challenge for non-operating defense experts. In this regard, designing measures in the architecture of public buildings, in particular the strategic areas, are required to comply with certain criteria in order to maintain their sustainability and maintain their activities in crisis situations. The purpose of this paper is to determine the appropriate approach for using non-operational defense in urban strategic areas; this research is based on analytical-promotional-descriptive and written studies, library, Internet and information gathering, followed by field surveys using simple methods. The information provided is based on the requirement for the use of non-operational defense in urban strategic areas.
