چکیده
تحول و تکامل پدیده های اجتماعی متاثر از قواعد و ضوابط خاصی است . جرم انگاری رفتار های اشخاص نیز مستثنی از این قاعده نیست . تلقی شدن یک عمل به عنوان جرم متاثر از اخلاق ، عرف و مذهب جامعه است . اصولا پیدایش ، تکوین و دگرگونی حقوق جزا و جرائم تابع اندیشه های رایج در جامعه و دگرگونی های آن در طول تاریخ است و ب هیچ عنوان نمی توان گفت آنچه امروز به عنوان اصول و قواعد جزا مد نظر است ، مولود یک اندیشه خلق الساعه است ، بلکه آنچه امروز به عنوان اوامر و نواهی مورد تایید قانون گذار است ، ریشه در مقبولات تاریخی و دیرینه جامعه دارد.Investigating the causes and causes of defamation from the perspective of the Islamic Penal Code
