چکیده
ارزیابی برنامه ریزی و طراحی محیطی شهردامغان، نوعی رویکرد هدفمند در جهت کاهش جرائم در محیط های مصنوع شهر ایجاد میکند که به طور مؤثری در افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی، بهبود کیفیت و افزایش رضایت مندی شهروندی دامغان تأثیر بسزایی دارد لذاهدف از انجام این پژوهش ارزیابی تأثیر برنامه ریزی شهری در امنیت شهری و کاهش جرم شهر دامغان قرار گرفت.این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-پیمایشی میباشد. جامعه اماری تحقیق 30 نفر از خبرگان حوزه برنامه ریزی شهری و کارشناسان حقوق و نیروی انتظامی بودند. در این تحقیق پس از جمع آوری داده ها، از نرم افزارسوپردسیژن به تحلیل شبکه ای داده ها جهت تعیین وزن هر معیار و زیرمعیار پرداخته شد.نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که از بین معیارهای 5 گانه تحقیق،تقویت قلمروهای طبیعی با وزن 0.435 در در رتبه نخست قرار گرفته و بیشترین اثرگذاری را بر کاهش جرائم شهری دامغان دارد .نظارت طبیعی باوزن 0.266 در جایگاه دوم اثر گذاری قرار گرفته است. پس از آن متغیر های کنترل و دسترسی (0.141)و حمایت از فعالیتهای اجتماعی (0.091) و تعمیرو نگهداری(0.041)در رتبه های سوم تا پنجم قرارگرفته اند .بکارگیری استراتژیهای بازدارندگی بوسیله ارگانهای برنامه ریزی اجتماعی،همچنین استفاده از تابلوها،علائم و نشانه های بصری از طریق هنر ارتباط تصویری درکنار بکارگیری مستمر فضا از طریق راهکارهای طراحی از گزینه هایی بودند که بیشترین اثر را در رتبه بندی معیارهای تحقیق داشته اند.The role of urban planning in promoting and improving urban security (Case study of Damghan city)

This research is applied in terms of applied and descriptive-survey nature. The survey community was 30 experts in the field of urban planning and law enforcement and law enforcement experts. In this research, after data collection, the data were analyzed from data processing software to determine the weight of each criterion and sub criteria. The results of the research showed that among the five criteria of the research, the strengthening of natural territories with a weight of 0.435 per rank First, it has the most impact on Damghan's urban crime reduction. The normal view of 0.266 is second to none. After that, control and access variables (0.141) and support for social activities (0.091) and maintenance maintenance (0.041) are ranked third to fifth.
