چکیده
معاضدات حقوقی و پلیسی از اهم تدابیر عمومی اینترپل برای مبارزه با جرایم فراملی در مفهوم عام آن ( سازمان یافته و غیر سازمان یافته ) می باشد هرچند که معاضدات پلیسی زیر مجموعه ای از معاضدات حقوقی است ولی با توجه به این که معاضدات حقوقی اکثرا بین مقامات حقوقی و همراه ا دستورات قضایی، از طریق دیپلماتیک انجام می گیرد و معاضدات پلیسی بیشتر اوقات تخصصی و فنی بوده و در مراحل کشف و تعقیب جرایم زمینه ساز انجام اکثر معاضدات حقوقی است. جامعه جهانی با احساس نیاز و همچنین با آگاهی از تأثیرات مخرب جنایات فراملی و به منظور حفظ اصول حاکمیتی کشورها، سازمانی را با عنوان پلیس بین الملل جنائی تشکیل داده است. در این مقاله هدف از تشکیل سازمان بین المللی پلیس جنایی (اینترپل)، قسمت های مختلف سازمان (اینترپل)، وظایف سازمان (اینترپل)، معاضدت های حقوقی و پلیسی، نقش اینترپل در انجام معاضدت های حقوقی، نقش اینترپل در انجام معاضدات حقوقی در پرتو اسناد بین المللی، اینترپل و استرداد مجرمین می پردازد.Legal and police cooperation and cooperation against crimes with an emphasis on the role of the Criminal Police (Interpol)
