چکیده
خانواده مهم ترین نهاد اجتماعی است که در روند نوسازی جوامع دچار تحول و دگرگونی می شود. متغیرها و مؤلفه های متعددی در این دگرگونی نهادی تأثیرگذارند که یکی از آن ها قشربندی و طبقات اجتماعی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر قشربندی اجتماعی بر ارزش های خانواده در شهر سمنان است. روش پژوهش حاضر پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شهروندان شهر سمنان می باشد که تعداد 401 نفر از آن ها به صورت نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. نتایج تجزیه تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از ضرایب همبستگی و آزمون های آماری گویای تأیید فرضیه های تحقیق است. طبق یافته های تحقیق رابطه مستقیم بین سن، میزان درآمد و ارزش های خانواده؛ همچنین رابطه معکوس بین تحصیلات و ارزش های خانواده وجود دارد. از سوی دیگر پایبندی افراد متأهل و مردان به ارزش های خانواده بالاتر از زنان و مجردهاست. بنابراین اتخاذ تدابیر کلان کشوری در راستای ارتقاء توانمندی اقتصادی، تسهیل شرایط ازدواج و تحول اساسی در سیستم آموزشی و فرهنگی از جمله اقداماتی است که متولیان جامعه می توانند با تکیه بر آن ها برای حفظ ارزش های خانواده و تقویت آن در جامعه تلاش نمایند.The study of the relationship between stratification, social inequality and family values in Semnan
Family is the most important social institution that is undergoing transformation in the process of modernization of societies. Variables and components affect this institutional transformation, one of which is stratification and social classes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social stratification on family values in Semnan city. The research method is survey and the statistical population of the citizens of Semnan city. 401 of them were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Data was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire. The results of data analysis using correlation coefficient and statistical tests are indicative of confirmation of research hypotheses. According to research findings, there is a direct relationship between age, income level and family values, as well as an inverse relationship between education and family values. On the other hand, the adherence of married people and men to family values is higher than that of women. Therefore, the adoption of major macroeconomic measures aimed at promoting economic empowerment, facilitating marriage and the fundamental transformation in the educational and cultural system are among the actions that community custodians can do to rely on them to preserve family values and strengthen their community.
