بررسی رابطه بین اعمال قانون و تصادفات درون شهری استان سمنان در سال 1395

چکیده
یکی از مؤثرترین راهکارها در کاهش تصادفات، تخلفات و افزایش ایمنی در رانندگی، شناس ایی پارامترهای مؤثر بر تصادفات و اثرسنجی آن ها است. به نظر می رسد با توجه به آمار بالای تصادفات و اهمیت جان انسان ها و همچنین اثرات اقتصادی تصادفات، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر و اولویت بندی آن ها گره گشا باشد. این تحقیق به دنبال رابطه بین اعمال قانون و تصادفات درون شهری استان سمنان در سال 1395 می باشد. روش تحقیق ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر روش و ماهیت تحلیلی و توصیفی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل تعداد تصادفات صورت گرفته در داخل شهرهای استان سمنان و میزان اعمال قانون انجام شده در سال 1395 می باشد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مجموع آمار تخلفات حادثه ساز اعمال قانون شده و تعداد تصادفات ثبت شده می باشد. در این مقاله آمار و اطلاعات ترافیکی از ستاد پلیس راهور استان سمنان اخذ گردیده که پس از بررسی و تجزیه تحلیل اطلاعات و مقایسه عملکرد پلیس راهور شهرستان های استان سمنان به این نتیجه دست یافته ایم که اعمال قانون تخلفات حادثه ساز نتیجه مستقیم و معکوس در کاهش تصادفات درون شهری داشته است که به صورت انفرادی آمار عملکرد هر شهرستان با تعداد تصادفات به وقوع پیوسته در جداول مجزا بررسی و نشان داده شده است.Investigating the Relationship Between Law Enforcement and Inner Traffic Accidents in Semnan Province in 1395
One of the most effective solutions in reducing accidents, violations and increasing safety in driving, identifying the parameters affecting accidents and their impact. It seems that due to the high accident rate and the importance of human life as well as the economic effects of these accidents, identifying the effective factors and their vulnerability is knotty. This research seeks to investigate the relationship between law enforcement and civilian crashes in Semnan province in 1395.
The research method is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of analytical and descriptive method and nature. The statistical population of this study is the number of accidents occurring inside the cities of Semnan province and the extent of law enforcement performed in 1395.
The data collection tool is the total number of violations committed by law and the number of registered accidents. In this article traffic statistics and traffic data from the police headquarters of the provincial capital of Semnan province have been obtained. After analyzing the information and comparing the performance of the police in the cities of Semnan province, we have concluded that the application of the law of incidental offenses resulted in direct and reverse decreases in the reduction Inner city accidents have been investigated and individually analyzed the performance of each city with the number of accidents occurring in separate tables.
