تأثیر عناصر اقلیمی و توپوگرافی در بروز تصادفات جاده ای درراه های روستایی شهرستان مهدی شهر

چکیده
تصادفات جاده ای یکی از معضلات اصلی در کشور می باشد و هرروز بر آمار تلفات ناشی از آن افزوده می شود. متأسفانه در کشورهای درحال توسعه به ویژه ایران به دلیل عدم توجه به عوامل مؤثر بر تصادفات جاده ای ازجمله پدیده های اقلیمی باعث شده است که خسارات ناشی از تصادفات جاده ای بسیار بالا باشد این پژوهش نیز به جهت اهمیت تصادفات جاده ای و تأثیرگذاری پدیده های اقلیمی و توپوگرافی در سوانح رانندگی به بررسی ارتباط بین تصادفات و شرایط جوی دریکی از محورهای مهم استآن هم ازنظر ترافیک و هم ازنظر موقعیت یعنی راه های شهرستان مهدی شهر پرداخته است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از ویژگی های اقلیمی شهرستان نقاط مخاطره آمیز جاده ای در شرایط نامساعد جوی مشخص گردید در بررسی تأثیر مبانی توپوگرافی درشدت تصادفات متأثر از عناصر اقلیمی، به بررسی تصادفات حادث شده در شرایط نامساعد جوی و شرایط توپوگرافی محل تصادف پرداخته شده است. در پایان مشخص گردید که تصادف های حادث شده در طول دوره آماری در شرایط نامساعد جوی ارتباط مستقیم با توپوگرافی منطقه موردمطالعه داشته و این عامل به عنوان یک عامل تشدیدکننده می تواند مورد اهمیت برنامه ریزان به جهت اصلاح مناطق حادثه خیز و قرار دادن علائم هشداردهنده به جهت کاهش تصادفات رخ داده به واسطه این عامل موردبررسی قرار گیرد.Effect of climatic and topographic elements on road traffic accidents in rural areas of Mahdishahr

Unfortunately, in developing countries especially Iran due to the lack of attention to factors affecting road accidents, such as climatic phenomena, the damage caused by road accidents is very high. This research is also due to the importance of road accidents and impacts. The climatic and topographical phenomena in traffic accidents investigate the relationship between accidents and atmospheric conditions in one of the important axis of the province both in terms of traffic and in terms of the location of roads in the city of Mahdishahr. In this research, using the climatic features of the city, road hazard points were identified in adverse weather conditions. In studying the effect of topographic principles on the severity of accidents caused by climatic elements, the accidents occurred in adverse weather conditions and topographical conditions of the site The crash has been dealt with. Finally, it was determined that accidental accidents during the statistical period in unpredictable conditions were directly related to the topography of the study area and this factor as an aggravating factor can be of importance to planners in order to correct the incident areas and place the mark A warning to reduce the crashes occurred due to this factor.
