چکیده
امروزه شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی سکان دار اقیانوس پرتلاطم اینترنت هستند. شبکه هایی که فعالیت می کنند و با اجتماعگرایی مجازی نقش اساسی در معادلات « وب 2 » مبتنی بر فناوری رسانه ای جهان بازی می کنند. فیس بوک جزو یکی از مهم ترین و پرکاربرد ترین شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی میباشد که امروزه باعث توسعه در تعامل اجتماعی کشورها شده است. از طرفی قانون گرایی و سرمایه اجتماعی، دامنه کاربرد و پژوهش بالقوه گستردهای دارد. مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه به طور روزافزون در حال گسترش است. این دو عبارت که در سال های اخیر وارد حوزه علوم اجتماعی شده است، دریچه ی تازه ای را در تحلیل و علت یابی مسائل اجتماعی گشوده است و گاهی در قلمرو رسانه های جمعی مطرح می شود. در این راستا لازم است تا تاثیر این دو امر مهم و گسترده، یعنی تاثیر فیس بوک را بر سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه استان سمنان مورد سنجش و ارزیابی قرار گیرد.The Effect on the Development of Virtual Social Networks and Social Capital in the Province Legalism
