نقش مشارکت مردمی و عوامل مؤثر بر پیشگیری از جرم سرقت در شهرستان سمنان

چکیده
امنیت امروزه از جمله موضوعاتی است که همواره توجه دولتمردان را به خود جلب نموده، از اینرو وقوع جرایم موجب از بین رفتن امنیت در سطوح مختلف جامعه می شود، زمانیکه از وقوع جرایم جلوگیری بهعمل نیاید موجب کاهش امنیت و در نهایت منجر به نارضایتی مردم از حکومت گردیده و این امر پیامدهای ناگواری را با خود به همراه خواهد داشت. همچنین جرم سرقت نیز از جرایمی است که باعث کاهش نظم و امنیت در جامعه میشود. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی نقش مشارکت مردمی و عوامل مؤثر بر پیشگیری از جرم سرقت در محدوده شهرستان سمنان است. روش اجرای این تحقیق حاضر، از نوع پیمایش اجتماعی است و جامعه آماری تحقیق را 296 نفر از شهروندان ساکن شهرستان سمنان تشکیل میدهند و اطلاعات تحقیق با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه همراه با مصاحبه جمعآوری گردیده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان می دهد بین شاخصهای آموزش پیشگیری از جرم سرقت توسط رسانههای گروهی، شناسایی و نظارت پلیس بر افراد ولگرد و معتادان، شناسایی و نظارت پلیس بر جمعیت حاشیهنشین شهرستان سمنان و سازمانهای دولتی و عمومی (شهرداریها، آموزش و پرورش، مسکن و بهزیستی) از بعد پیشگیری از جرم سرقت در شهرستان سمنان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. بطوریکه هر چه میزان این فعالیتها با جدیت بیشتری صورت گیرد؛ به همان میزان مشارکت، تعامل و اعتماد مردم به نیروی انتظامی بیشتر میشود.The Role of Public Participation and Factors in the Prevention of Theft in the Semnan

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of public participation and factors in the prevention of theft in the city of Semnan. The method of this study, a social survey sample consisted of 296 residents are in Semnan city and research data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The results show that among the measures to prevent theft by the media, Identification and control of stray police and drug users to identify and monitor police on the border-populated city of Semnan and government agencies and public (Municipalities, education, housing and welfare) for the prevention of theft in the city of Semnan, there is a significant relationship. So that the amount of work done seriously; the same level of participation, interaction and trust in the police increases.
