تاثیر دفاتر نظارت همگانی در سرمایه اجتماعی و تامین امنیت پایدار

چکیده
سرمایه اجتماعی در ادبیات جامعه شناسی به هنجارهای اجتماعی موجود در نظام اجتماعی گفته می شود که به ارتقاء همکاری و همبستگی افراد جامعه منجر می گردد و باعث کاهش هزینه های تبادلات و ارتباطات متقابل اجتماعی گردیده است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تاثیر مراکز نظارت همگانی در راستای تحکیم پایه های پلیس جامعه محور و مردم سالار برای توسعه سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس در جامعه انجام شده است. مقاله حاضر از لحاظ هدف کارکردی است و مطالب آن به روش اسنادی با استفاده از منابع کتب، مقالات تالیفی، ترجمهای و... تالیف شده است. نتایج مقاله گویای آن است که عملکرد مراکز نظارت همگانی یک نوع دارایی اجتماعی بالقوه است که با ایجاد ارتباط متقابل از سوی شهروندان با این مراکز می تواند به صورت بالفعل درآید. گسترش فرهنگ نظارت همگانی میتواند موجب بهبود استانداردهای زندگی اجتماعی و تقویت پایه های مردم سالاری شود.The Impact of Social Capital and Securing Sustainable Public Oversight Offices
