چکیده
اعتیاد و سوء مصرف مواد مخدر به مثابه یک مسئله اجتماعی، پدیده ای است که همراه با آن توانایی جامعه در سازمان یابی و حفظ نظم موجود از بین می رود و باعث دگرگونی های ساختاری در نظام اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و فرهنگی در یک جامعه می شود. در جامعه امروز ما، مواد مخدر در سیمای یک مسئله یا مشکل اجتماعی رخ نموده است. یافته ها: امروز نخبگان و نهادهای تصمیم ساز و تدبیر پرداز ما با نوعی فقر شناخت و ضعف تمهید و تدبیر استراتژیک و فقدان رویکردی فراگیر و همه سونگر و مبتنی بر «تعین چندجانبه» جستجوی علل و عوامل متنوع در پس این پدیده مواجه هستند. در نتیجه این فقر، ضعف استراتژی و تاکتیک های متاخذه برای مقابله با این تهدید، قادر به تأمین بهینه اهداف خود نبوده اند و جامعه ما شاهد رشد روز افزون گستره و عمق تأثیرات مخرب مواد مخدر بوده است. نتیجه گیری: مبارزه با پدیده اعتیاد مستلزم شناخت همه ابعاد آن (اقتصادی، اجتماعی و...) است و جامعه ما با داشتن ساختار جمعیتی جوان، به شکل نگران کننده ای مورد تهاجم گسترده مواد مخدر قرار گرفته است. از سوی دیگر علی رغم دستاوردهای حاشیه مرزی که به قیمت رشادت های بی نظیر دست اندرکاران و شهادت بیش از 3300 نفر از رزمندگان و 10000 جانباز این عرصه به دست آمده، در داخل کشور با معضلات پیچیده ای روبه رو بوده ایم. از این رو ضروری است با بررسی علل اجتماعی مؤثر در بروز پدیده اعتیاد، زمینه های ظهور پدیده اعتیاد مورد توجه واقع شود.Study of Social Factors on the Spread and Control of Addiction
