چکیده
زمینه: در دنیای امروز با روند روبه گسترش استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات با مسائل و مشکلات جدیدی مواجه هستیم و استفاده از فناوری های نوین رسانه ای دارای مزایا و معایب بی شماری است. ولایت و رهبری در شکل گیری هویت و پیشرفت های علمی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، نظامی، سیاسی و امنیت پایدار یک جامعه جایگاه به سزایی دارد. روش تحقیق: مقاله حاضر با روش کتابخانه ای، ادبیات مروری و اسنادی انجام شده است. یافته ها: رهبر معظم انقلاب (مدظله العالی) در تبیین راه های ایجاد تحول صحیح و منجر به پیشرفت، ضرورت هایی نظیر حفظ ریشه ها و اصالت ها، پرهیز از شالوده شکنی، ارج گذاری و مراقبت از هویت ملی، امید به آینده، پویایی و نشاط، نقد و انتقادپذیری، ترویج روح رقابتی، برنامه ریزی و انتخاب خط مشی صحیح را مورد تاکید قرار داده اند. مقام معظم رهبری از همان دهه هفتاد و با ادبیات و تعابیر مختلف نظیر: تهاجم فرهنگی، ناتوی فرهنگی و شبیخون فرهنگی و اخیراً جنگ نرم آن را گوشزد کرده و مسئولین نظام را به چاره اندیشی در برابر آن فرا خواند. نتیجه گیری: بدیهی است شناخت بیشتر جنگ نرم می تواند به مفهوم سازی و شناخت بیشتر این پدیده همچنین بهبود مدیریت امنیت ملی کشور در خصوص تهدیدات نرم علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران کمک نماید (برگرفته از سایت وزارت اطلاعات). از جمله مسائل مهمی که در تحلیل امنیت پایدار کشورها مورد توجه قرار می گیرد پویایی جمعیت در حوزه کشورهای پیرامونی و تأثیرات آن بر کشور مورد نظر می باشد.Authority and leadership role in leading the armed forces to deal with Soft War
