چکیده
زمینه: اطلاعات شخصی افراد مانند کالایی است که به گونه ای آسان در رایانه ها و دیگر وسایل ارتباطی از قبیل اینترنت و گوشی های همراه تبادل می شود. این گونه وسایل و ساختارها رفتار خصوصی افراد را تحت کنترل قرار داده و اطلاعات آن را در دسترس افراد فرصت طلب قرار داده است. این افراد فرصت طلب با استفاده از تکنولوژی برتر و وسایل کارآمدتر به اهداف پلیدشان دست پیدا می کنند که با ورود به اطلاعات خصوصی اشخاص منجر به وقوع جرایمی در محیط سایبر می گردد که در این نوشتار بطور مختصر وسایل جرم سایبری مورد ارزیابی و تجزیه تحلیل می گردد و در انتها به خصوصیات رفتاری این مجرمین پرداخته می شود.Identifying Means of cyber-crime and its characteristics
People’s private information is like commodity transferred in computers and other communication devices such as the Internet and mobile phones easily. Such equipment and structures monitors the people’s private behavior and make them available for the opportunists. These opportunists using superior technology and efficient means achieve their wicked goals, entering individuals’ private information leading to crime in cyber space. In this paper, it is to briefly evaluate and analyze the means of cyber-crime and at the end; criminal’s behavioral characteristics are discussed.
