چکیده
زمینه: اسکان غیر رسمی عشایر عارضه ای ناخوانده در مدیریت شهری و پدیده روبه گسترش است و از آن جایی که این سازکار مشکلات و معضلات عدیده ای را در زمینه های اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و امنیتی به وجود آورده است که این موضوع باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد. روش تحقیق: این مقاله به روش توصیفی - تحلیلی به بررسی پیامدهای اسکان غیر رسمی عشایر در شهرهای استان سمنان پرداخته است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می دهد مشکلات اقتصادی و کمبود امکانات رفاهی، عشایر را مجبور به مهاجرت به شهرهای استان و یکجانشینی می کند و چون عشایر از لحاظ سطح اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی با ساکنان شهری ارتباط کمتری دارند، از این رو توانایی جذب در اقتصاد و اجتماع شهری را نخواهند داشت و این یکی علل اصلی به حاشیه رانده شدن عشایر در شهرهای استان است و این حاشیه نشینی و فقر زمینه انحرافات اجتماعی و ناهنجارهای اجتماعی را به وجود می آورد.Consequences of informal settlements in urban nomad’s province Semnan
