تأملی بر اخلاق در آموزش مجازی و یادگیری الکترونیکی

چکیده
زمینه: آموزش مجازی برای تسهیل در امر آموزش و حذف محدودیت های جغرافیایی شکل گرفت. این سیستم آموزشی فارغ از زمان و مکان، امکان ادامه تحصیل را برای تمام افراد جامعه به گونه ا یکسان فراهم می آورد. همانند توسعه دنیای سایبر، این نوع آموزش با رویکردهای اخلاقی و آموزشی همراه بوده که در این مقاله به مشکلات اخلاقی موجود اشاره و به واکاوی هنجارهای اخلاقی در آموزش مجازی پرداخته می شود. روش کار: این پژوهش با روش ترکیبی توصیفی - مقایسه ای و کتابخانه ای با هدف دستیابی به الگوی اخلاقی در آموزش مجازی و با نگرش به امکانات و ابزارهای موجود در سیستم آموزش مجازی انجام شده است. یافته ها: نتایج و یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد به دلیل آزادی موجود در فضای مجازی در مقایسه با دنیای واقعی، نشر مطالب آموزشی نادرست و یا استفاده از منابع آموزشی بدون رعایت حق مولف و منابع آن بیشتر از آموزش سنتی است. همچنین در آموزش مجازی هنوز تعریف درست و جامعی از اخلاق مجازی ارائه نشده و کاربران، فراگیران و مدرسان همانند دنیای واقعی خود را ملزم به رعایت چارچوب اخلاقی نمی دانند. نتیجه گیری: آموزش مجازی یکی از روش های آموزشی است که در سطح جامعه از آن استقبال بسیاری شده، اما هنوز تولید کنندگان محتوای آموزشی در فضای مجازی دارای اخلاق حرفه ای نیستند و کامل ترین مدل اخلاقی در آن توسط کاربران و متخصصین سایبری ارائه خواهد شد.The reflection on ethics in virtual education and e-learning
Background: Virtual education formed to facilitates training and removes geographical restrictions. The education system regardless of time and place, continue to provide the same way to all people of the society. As development of the cyber world, this type of education were associated to academic and behavioral approaches which in this paper refers to the ethical problems and analyzes moral norms in virtual education. Procedure: This research with comparative-descriptive and library compound method has done to access ethic pattern in virtual education and view to available facilities and tools in virtual education system. Finding: Research result and finding show because of the freedom in virtual space comparing to the real world, publishing educational false topics or using educational recourses regardless observation of author’s right and its resources is more than traditional education. In virtual education is not allowed a comprehensive definition about virtual ethic yet and users, learners and teachers, as in their real world are not required to comply with ethical framework. Conclusion: Virtual education is one of the educational methods which is much welcomed in society level but educational content producers have not professional ethics in virtual space in which the most complete ethical pattern will be present by cyber users and specialists.
