تحلیل شاخص اجتماعی، اقتصادی محلات و ارتباط آن با جرایم شهری (مطالعه موردی شهر سمنان)

چکیده
در محیط پیرامون ما علل و دلایل زیادی وجود دارد که می تواند در کاهش و افزایش جرایم نقش داشته باشند. یکی از عوامل مهم، بروز وقوع و نوع جرم شاخص اجتماعی و اقتصادی می باشد شاید در نگاه اول این گونه تصور شود که نمی توان تحلیل خاصی روی این موضوع داشت اما با تمرکز بر این موضوع و استفاده از تحلیل فرصت های جرم به ما امکان می دهد این شاخص مهم را مورد بررسی قرار دهیم. تلاش ما در این مقاله دستیابی به پاسخ این پرسش است که آیا شاخص های اجتماعی و اقتصادی محلات با وقوع جرایم در محلات ارتباط دارد یا نه؟ برای این منظور، الگو و فرایندی طراحی و به وسیله آن مقدار اثرگذاری متغیرهای این شاخص ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج این بررسی نشان می دهد شاخص اجتماعی و اقتصادی بر میزان و نوع جرایم محله های شهر سمنان تأثیر گذار بوده است.Localities socio-economic indicator analysis and its relation to urban crimes (Case study in Semnan province)
There are many results in our surrounding which can have role in crimes reduction and increase. One of the important reason is occurrence appearing and the crime kind of socio-economic index; maybe it is thought that could not have special analysis on the subject in first sight but focusing on the subject and using crime opportunities analysis makes the important indicator possible for us to consider. In this paper we attempt to answer whether achievement socio-economic indicators in localities are related to crimes occurrence in localities or not? For this purpose, a pattern and process is designed and thereby is considered affection of the variables of the indicators. The result has shown that socio-economic indicator had affected on extent and kind of Semnan localities crimes.
