چکیده
بیان مساله: اخلاق و فرهنگ زمینه های اصلی ایجاد احساس امنیت و برقراری نظم اجتماعی است. هنجارهای جامعه با رعایت مسایل اخلاقی و رعایت قانون جامعیت پیدا می کند. امروزه با گسترش دنیای فناوری اطلاعات و فضای مجازی و با ظهور جوامع بدون مرز سایبری، جامعه بشری با مشکلات متعدد اخلاقی مواجه شده است. روش کار: با بررسی تعداد 80 نفر از کاربران عمومی فناوری اطلاعات و آسیب های اجتماعی، هنجارها و تهدیدهای اخلاقی اینترنت و ابزارهای ارتباطی رایانه ای بر آنها، مدلی برای اخلاق کاربری ارایه شده است. یافته ها: همچنین در این پژوهش مشخص گردید بیش از 85% کاربران در معرض آسیب های اخلاقی و ناهنجاری های فناوری اطلاعات قرار داردند که سهم کودکان و نوجوانان در این نمونه گیری از سایرین بیشتر است. نتیجه گیری و پیشنهادها: اخلاق حرفه ای به دلیل این که متخصصان تنها با تسلط بر کار و فعالیت حرفه ای خود و فلسفه و نقش آن در زندگی مردم، به درک اخلاقی نایل می آیند و عینیت گرایی و بی طرفی علمی و عدم جانب داری سیاسی که مهم ترین اصل اساسی علم و فناوری است، در رابطه با اخلاق علمی حرفه ای مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است.Social norms, culture and ethics in virtual space
Problem statement: Culture and ethics are the main field of creation the security feeling and establishing social orders. Society’s norm will comprehend with observance ethics problems and rule. Nowadays, with expansion IT world and virtual space and appearance societies without cyber boundary, human society is faced to various ethics problems. Procedure: With consideration 80 public users of IT and social damages, internet ethics threatens and norms and computer communication tools on them, is presented a model for the user ethics. Findings: In this research, also was recognized more than 85% users are expose to ethics damages and IT abnormalities which children and young adults' share are more than others in this sampling. Proposals and conclusion: Because specialists only with their professional activity and philosophy and professional ethics' role in people's life will attain to ethical perception and scientific neutral and identical and lack of political support which is the most important fundamental principle of science and technology, was confirmed in relation to professional scientific ethics.
