چکیده
زمانی در جامعه ما این باور رایج بودزن با لباس سفید وارد خانه شوهر شود و با لباس سفید آن را ترک کند خیلی ها معتقد بودند با مشکلات باید سوخت و ساخت ولی امروز این دیدگاه نزد بسیاری از مردم تغییر یافته و روز به روز بر تعداد طلاق ها افزوده میشود و زوج ها حس میکنند مجبور نیستند تا آخر عمر همدیگر را تحمل کنند. با این حال همه چیز به اینجا ختم نمیشود این روزها در بسیاری از موارد پدیده طلاق ناشی از مسائلی است که یک یا دو دهه قبل حتی باور کردن آن نیز امکان پذیر نبوده تنوع طلبی خیانت دروغگویی و بسیاری از مسائل دیگرمنشا و مبدا تعداد قابل ملاحظه ای از طلاق ها شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف جرم شناختی شریک عاطفی در نرخ آمار طلاق زوجین انجام شده است بدین منظور با بهره گیری از روش کیفی و با رویکرد پدیدار شناسی به شناسایی و بازنمایی پدیده مورد بررسی پرداخته شده است حوزه مطالعاتی پژوهش شامل کتابها پایان نامه ها مقالات مجلات و پژوهش های مرتبط با موضوع است. در این پژوهش از فیش برداری جهت گردآوری اطلاعات و از نمونه بهره گرفته شد.روش تحلیل به شیوه تحلیل مفهوم تفسیر مفهوم و استنتاج نظری است.Investigating the criminology of the emotional partner in the divorce rate of couples

It has been from divorces. The current research has been conducted with the objective of criminology of the emotional partner in the divorce statistics of couples. For this purpose, using the qualitative method and the phenomenological approach, the phenomenon under investigation has been identified and represented. The study area of the research includes books, dissertations, magazine articles and Research related to the subject. In this research, a survey was used to collect information and a sample was used. The method of analysis is concept analysis, concept interpretation and theoretical inference.
