چکیده
نوع گفتمان حقوقی حاکم بر دولت های قانون مدار، نشانگر آرمان ها و روح حقوق اساسی آنها است. چنان چه در این نوع حکومت ها، همه نهادهای سیاسی و حاکمیتی، تابع قواعد حقوقی خود هستند که حقوق شهروندی از جمله آنها است. همان طور که خواهد آمد، در نظام حقوقی حاکمیت مهدوی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است و جزء حقوق ذاتی و فطری انسان ها محسوب شده و ریشه در کرامت انسان ها داشته و بر دیگر هویت های اجتماعی انسانی برتری دارد. چراکه از سرشت و فطرت وجودی انسان نشات یافته و در جان آدمی نشسته و نه این که صرفاً یک امر اعتباری و یا مبتنی بر قرارداد باشد. در این نظام حقوقی، به مؤلفه هایی چون توسعه عدالت و مساوات و آزادی های فردی و اجتماعی و به اصطلاح حقوق شهروندی، توجه ویژه می شود و همگان در پرتو عقل وحیانی و بینش ربانی امام مهدی؟عج؟، به خصوص افراد بی پناه جامعه و یتیمان و طبقات ضعیف از گستره عدالت و احسان نظام حق بنیانش بهره مند شده و در عین حال بستری می شود برای شکل گیری جامعه آرمانی و الهی ونیز توسعه وجودی و تعالی روحی انسان و رشد ذهنی جامعه بشری، برای پذیرش حاکمیت دینی وتحقق حاکمیت وارثان زمین. لازم به ذکر است که حقوق متقابل اساس و شاکله نظام حقوقی، حاکمیت علوی و مهدوی را شکل می دهد که در ادامه، به شیوه تحلیلی، توصیفی به ارزیابی آن می پردازیم.The perspective of Mahdavi's rule from the perspective of citizenship rights and the development of justice (in Nahj al-Balagha and Mahdavi Hadiths)

In the light of the revelatory intellect and divine vision of Imam Mahdi (as), especially the helpless people of the orphans and the weak classes, everyone benefits from the scope of justice and benevolence of the system of its rightful foundation, and at the same time is hospitalized for In order to accept religious sovereignty and realize the sovereignty of the heirs of the earth, it is necessary to mention that mutual rights form the basis and structure of the legal system, the Alawite and Mahdavi sovereignty, which is the ideal and divine society and the development of human existence and spiritual excellence and mental growth of human society. In the following, we will evaluate it analytically and descriptively.
