ارائه مدل شایستگی آموزشی دانشجویان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای با رویکرد آمیخته

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه مدل شایستگی آموزشی در دانشجویان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای انجام شد. روش انجام پژوهش، آمیخته اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری شامل رؤسای دانشگاه، معاونین، مدیران گروه، اعضای هیئت علمی و اساتید واحدهای مختلف دانشگاه های فنی و حرفه ای استان فارس به تعداد 1285 نفر بود. روش نمونه گیری بخش کیفی، هدفمند معیاری با حجم نمونه 22 نفر بود. همچنین در بخش کمی از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی با حجم 295 نفر استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، در بخش کیفی شامل دو بخش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته در بخش میدانی و بررسی و کنکاش اسناد بالادستی و آموزش فنی وحرفه ای در بخش کتابخانه ای و سند کاوی بود، در بخش کمی از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای گردآوری داده ها استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی بر اساس تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. در بخش کمی، برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و برای تعیین برازش مدل از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و از نرم افزارهای Spss-25 و Amos-24 استفاده گردید. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده ابعاد مدل به ترتیب اثرگذاری عبارت اند از: عوامل راهبردی شایستگی، شایستگی فنی، شایستگی غیر فنی و با توجه به شاخص های محاسبه شده می توان برازش مطلوب مدل را نتیجه گرفت. تما می ابعاد و مولفه های مدل می توانند سبب تضمین کیفیت در حرفه گرایی و چرخش تحولی در روند آموزشی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای به منظور خلق آینده رقابتی و برتر با توجه به تحولات نوپدید را فراهم نماید.Presenting the educational competency model of technical and vocational university students with a mixed approach
The present research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of educational competence in technical and vocational university students. The research method was mixed exploratory. The statistical population included university presidents, vice presidents, department managers, faculty members, and professors of various units of technical and professional universities in Fars province, numbering 1285 people. Sampling of the qualitative part was targeted and standardized with a sample size of 22 people. In the quantitative part, random sampling method with a volume of 295 people was used to collect qualitative data, semi-structured interview in the field part and exploration of upstream documents in the library part and document mining, in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire tool was used to collect data.Data analysis was done in the qualitative section based on thematic analysis. In the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data and structural equation modeling and Spss-25 and Amos-24 software were used to determine the fit of the model. Based on the obtained results, the dimensions of the model in the order of influence are: strategic factors of competence, technical competence, non-technical competence, and according to the calculated indicators, the optimal fit of the model can be concluded. All the dimensions and components of the model can ensure quality in professionalism and provide a transformational turn in the educational process of the technical and vocational university in order to create a competitive and superior future with regard to recent developments.
