عوامل مؤثر در مدیریت امنیت در اقامتگاه های بوم گردی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
امنیت در همه اعصار ضرورتی اساسی در زندگی بشر بوده است. گردشگری و امنیت دو مقوله با تأثیرات متفاوت و متقابل اند. هیچ صنعتی همچون گردشگری به امنیت وابسته نیست؛ زیرا گردشگران هنگام انتخاب مقصد و اقامتگاه، عوامل امنیتی را در اولویت قرار می دهند. ازاین رو مدیریت مقصدها و اقامتگاه های بوم گردی برای دستیابی به امنیت پایدار با چالش های گوناگونی روبه رویند. این مقاله کاربردی ، به منظور شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در مدیریت امنیت مقصدها و اقامتگاه های بوم گردی و نیز معرفی چارچوب این عوامل طراحی و به روش پژوهش کیفی اجرا شد. برای کسب اطلاعات لازم، از دانش و تجربیات مدیران و چالش های میهمانان اقامتگاه های بوم گردی به روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی استفاده شد و تا حصول اطمینان از اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. گردآوری داده ها ازطریق مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته با چهارده تن از خبرگان و تحلیل گفت وگوها به روش تحلیل مضمون با کمک از نرم افزار مکس کیودی ای انجام شد و برای کسب اعتبار به تأیید رسید. از تحلیل مصاحبه ها، 342 مفهوم استخراج شد و طی مراحل کدگذاری، چارچوبی شش گانه از عوامل مؤثر در مدیریت امنیت اقامتگاه های بوم گردی شامل سازمان، افراد، فنّاوری، محیط زیست، تجربه ها و زمان حاصل شد. مدیران مقصدها و اقامتگاه های بوم گردی پایدار برای جلب رضایت میهمانان، به تأمین امنیت و ایمنی از طریق برنامه ریزی، اجرا، بازرسی و تحلیل مداوم این عوامل شش گانه در بازه های زمانی نیازمندند تا ضمن برقراری آرامش و آسایش برای ذی نفعان، منافع اقتصادی، اجتماعی - فرهنگی و بهره مندی از جاذبه های طبیعی و انسان ساخت را برای همگان فراهم سازند.Factors Affecting Security Management in Ecolodges
Security has always been a basic necessity in human life. Tourism and security are two categories with different and interactive effects, and no industry is as dependent on security as tourism. Because tourists prioritize security factors when choosing a destination and accommodation. Thus, the management of destinations and ecolodges faces various challenges to achieving sustainable security. This article was designed with a practical purpose and in order to identify the factors affecting the security management of destinations and ecolodges and also to introduce the framework of these factors. Research was implemented by qualitative method. To obtain the required information, the knowledge and experience of managers of ecolodges and the challenges of their guests, snowball were used as sampling method and continued until the theoretical saturation was ensured. Data collection was done through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 14 experts and analysis of conversations was done using thematic analysis and using MAXQDA software and was approved for validation. From the analysis of the interviews, 342 concepts were extracted and during the coding process, a sixfold framework of factors affecting the security management of ecolodges including organization, people, technology, environment, experiences and time was obtained. Managers of sustainable ecolodges need to provide security and safety to satisfy guests through continuous planning, implementation, investigation and analysis of these six factors over time. In order to provide peace and comfort for the stakeholders, to provide economic, socio-cultural benefits and enjoyment of natural and man-made attractions for everyone.
