چکیده
یکی از نیازهای اساسی در جوامع انسانی و سازمان ها موضوع رهبری است. انسان ها به طور فطری، هم رهبرند و هم پیرو. با دگرگونی هایی که در محیط بین الملل رخ داده است، سبک های سنتی رهبری برآمده از تجربه و دانش بشری، پاسخگوی همه نیازها نیست و اکنون به الگوهای مؤثرتر رهبری بیش از هر زمان دیگری احساس نیاز می شود. سبک رهبری شهید قاسم سلیمانی نمونه ای از الگوی جدید و منحصر به فرد رهبری است که شناسایی و تحلیل دقیق تر آن می تواند راهگشای بسیاری از مشکلات امروز در عرصه بین الملل باشد. این پژوهش با هدف استخراج سبک رهبری فراملی در مکتب شهید سلیمانی بر پایه روش فرا ترکیب انجام شده است. این مطالعه از جهت نوع کاربردی و شیوه بررسی آن براساس طرح تحقیق، توصیفی _ تحلیلی(اسنادی)، می باشد که ضمن تحلیل و تشریح الگوی رهبری به موضوع رهبری فراملی با حضور شخصیتی چون سردار شهید سلیمانی به ابعادی همچون اندیشه راهبردی، موقعیت سنجی، تعامل فرهنگی، آگاهی محیطی، مهارت های ارتباطی، مربی گری و نهادسازی بین المللی را یافته و مورد تحلیل قرار داده است.Transnational leadership style in Shahid Soleimani school

The leadership style of Martyr Qassem Soleimani is an example of a new and unique leadership model, the identification and more accurate analysis of which can solve many of today's problems in the international arena. This research has been carried out with the aim of extracting the transnational leadership style in Shahid Soleimani school based on the meta-combination method.
