The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of family communication patterns and parenting style in the self-esteem of secondary school students with learning disabilities in Ardabi  in the year 1399. The present study is a descriptive-correlational study. The instruments of this study include the  Revised Family Communication Patterns Questionnaire (2004), Baumrind Parenting Questionnaire 1973.Cooper-Smith Self-Esteem Questionnaire (1967). These questionnaires were administered to 200 adolescents with learning disabilities. Finally, the collected data were statistically analyzed through the implementation of questionnaires. The results show that the effect of communication patterns and parenting styles in explaining self-esteem is significant. Multiple regression results also showed parenting styles have the power to explain the variable of self-esteem more than communication patterns; Therefore, the best predictor of self-esteem is parenting style. There is a direct and significant relationship between communication patterns and parenting styles with the self-esteem of adolescents with learning disabilities.

The purpose of the present study was to present a causal model of the effect of educational conflict on students' educational self-regulation, taking into account the mediating role of family communication patterns. Therefore, in terms of purpose, this research is applied and in terms of methodology, it is quantitative research of correlation. The statistical population of this research includes all students of Payam Noor University of Isfahan in the academic year 1400-1401. 300 people were selected as the sample of this study using the random sampling method. Rio’s Educational Engagement questionnaires (2013), Bouffard et al.’s (1995) Educational Self-regulation, and Koerner and Fitzpatrick’s (2004) family communication patterns were used to collect data. To analyze the data at the level of descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation tests and at the inferential level, T-tests, regression coefficients, and path analysis were used in the SPSS19 software environment. The research findings have shown that there is a positive and significant relationship between all of the research variables the results of path analysis also showed that the variable of family communication patterns was able to establish a mediating role in the effect of educational conflict on educational self-regulation.

Objective: This study aimed to predict emotional divorce among married female teachers in Darab City by analyzing family communication patterns and examining the mediation effect of marital burnout. Methods: Descriptive and correlational analyses were used. All married female instructors employed at the Darab primary schools during the academic year 2023-2024 were the study's population. The census technique was employed to estimate the sample, estimating the population of 176 individuals. The Revised Family Communication Patterns Scale (RFCP),  Couple Burnout Measure (CBM), and Gottmanns Emotional Divorce Scale (GEDS) were used to collect data. The data were analyzed using structural equations (SEM) and Pearson's correlation test, and the findings were examined using Lisrel 9 and SPSS25 statistical software. Results: Marital boredom had a direct and significant association with emotional divorce, and it had an inverse and significant relationship with communication orientation and compliance orientation. There was a direct and significant correlation between emotional divorce and conformity orientation, and an inverse and significant correlation between emotional divorce and communication orientation. Marital boredom also acted as a mediator in the interaction between emotional divorce and family communication styles (p<0.05).Conclusion: Thus, it can be anticipated that as the family's conformance orientation increases, the rate of marital discontent will rise as well, and that as this variable rises, so too will the emotional divorce rate.

Objective: The Present Study was Conducted to investigate the Mediating Role of Metacognitive Beliefs in the Relationship Between Family Communication Patterns and Perfectionism. The Current Research was a Correlational and Structural Equation Type. Methods: The Statistical Population of the Research Included All Male and Female Undergraduate, Master's and Doctoral Students at the University of Guilan who were Studying in 2022-2023. 204 People were Selected by Random Sampling Method and Answered the Perfectionism, Metacognitive Beliefs and Family Communication Patterns Questionnaires. Data Were Analyzed Using Structural Equation Modeling with SPSS-27 and SMART-PLS-3 Statistical Software. Results:The Results of Structural Equations Showed that the Fit of the Structural Model of the Family Communication Pattern with The Mediating Role of Metacognitive Beliefs on Perfectionism is Optimal so that Communication Orientation and Conformity Through Metacognitive Beliefs Have an Indirect Relationship with Perfectionism. Conclusion: According to the present study, the metacognitive beliefs of students are affected by the family communication pattern, which affects their perfectionism.
