Identifying the antecedents and the consequences of Motor skills training in University of Applied Sciences(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: In this qualitative study, identifying the antecedents and the consequences of Motor skills training in University of Applied Sciences was studied.. Methodology: Using the qualitative content analysis method, a structured interview was conducted by professors, experts, and students at the Applied Scientific University through a targeted way. Fifteen papers and three books were reviewed in this regard and analyzes continued to saturation. The registration unit was considered as content in this research. At the end of the inductive content analysis, and with continuous comparison of the obtained codes, 6 categories and 10 sub-categories were emerged. The data analysis method was the inductive content analysis with coding at three of open, axial, and selective levels. Findings: The results indicated that the most important achievements in the training of motor skills in students were: interventional conditions, pivotal phenomena, underlying conditions, causative conditions, strategies and outcomes, and the most important consequences included Student characteristics, methods and principles for training motor skills, infrastructures, The characteristics of trainers, actions and interactions and outcomes. Conclusion: The obtained result from this study can be the guide for the practice of masters and motor skills training designers in college students through formal education courses and, finally, the improvement of motor skills training in these environments.

The Precursors and Consequences of the Moral Capital of Principals of Special Non-Governmental Elementary Schools in Tehran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Moral capital is one of the most basic issues in human societies. The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the precursors and consequences of the moral capital of principals of special non-governmental elementary schools in Tehran. Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of objective, in interpretive paradigm in terms of qualitative approach, and content analysis in terms of strategy. The research population consisted of 15 principals working in non-governmental primary schools in Tehran, who were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation and using purposive sampling. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, and the validity of the data was confirmed by the triangulation method, and its reliability was estimated to be more than 70% by the agreement coefficient method of two coders. Data were analyzed by open, axial, and selective coding method in MAXQDA software. According to the findings, the antecedents of managers' moral capital included 35 subcategories in 9 main categories and the consequences of managers' moral capital included 25 subcategories in 2 main categories including individual consequences and social consequences. Findings : The results show that the causal conditions include the family characteristics, community characteristics, the personality and professional characteristics of the manager and the contextual conditions including the organizational culture of education, the important role of management in the primary school, the policies and laws of education and intervening factors including economic factors, social factors and organizational factors as the most important precursors have a positive and significant effect on the moral capital of managers. Conclusion: Also, the most important consequences of managers' moral capital are individual consequences and social consequences. According to the results of the present research and in order to realize the consequences of the moral capital of the principals of special non-governmental primary schools, the context must be provided for the realization of its precursors.

A Research on Effective Factors, Strategies and Consequences on the Link between School and Society in Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The link between school and community plays an important role in improving the school and adapting to the conditions and facilities of society. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to research on effective factors, strategies and consequences on the link between school and society in Iran. Methodology: In an applied research from type of qualitative, action to identified the effective factors, strategies and consequences on the link between school and society. The population of this study was professors and experts with scientific achievements in the field of sociology of education, policy makers and managers of education and school’s managers. The required sample size of the research was considered to be 18 people according to the principle of theoretical saturation, who were selected by purposive and snowball sampling methods. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, which its validity was checked and confirmed by triangulation method and its reliability was checked and confirmed by reliability, trustworthiness, verifiability and transferability methods. Data analysis was done by thematic analysis method in MAXQDA software version 2021. Findings: The findings showed that the effective factors on the link between school and society had 15 sub-categories in 7 sub-categories and 2 main categories including structural factors (with 4 sub-categories of policies and strategies of macro future development, upstream document requirements and macro perspectives and ruling intellectual, philosophical and educational orientation) and process factors (with 3 sub-categories of periodic monitoring of school performance by local stakeholders, alignment and adaptation of educational content with need of society and education in the field of environmental issues). Also, the findings showed that the effective strategies on the link between school and society had 9 sub-categories in 3 sub-categories and 1 main category including strategies of link school and society (with 3 sub-categories of appropriate governance of educational system, re-engineering and refining of educational system structure and policy making in the field attracting civil participation). In addition, the findings showed that the effective consequences on the link between school and society had 6 sub-categories in 2 sub-categories and 1 main category including consequences of link school and society (with 2 sub-categories of individual consequences and social consequences). Conclusion: The designed themes network for effective factors, strategies and consequences on the link between school and society in Iran can greatly help education specialists and planners in improving the educational system and harmony with the society.

A counterfactual thinking approach to human resources' perception of unfavorable aspects of organizational life: A two-stage methodology based on a systematic review and AHP method(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Nowadays, researchers and managers believe that paying attention to employees' thoughts facilitates sustainable competitive advantage in organizations. After the introduction of cognitive science into organizations, the identification of what it is, how it is formed, and the formulation of Counterfactual Thoughts (CTs) have been investigated and analyzed in the field of Human Resources (HR). In this study, a systematic review of the literature in the field of CT has been done with the aim of identifying the antecedents and key consequences of this field and analyzing them. In this research, a two-stage methodology has been considered including (i) Extraction of antecedents and consequences, (ii) Weighting of antecedents. In the first stage, using the screening of articles based on the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso, the antecedents and consequences of CTs, synthesis and interpretation have also been implemented through the coding method of qualitative interpretive meta-analysis. In the second stage, the consequences extracted in the field of counterfactuals are weighted using the matrix of paired comparisons based on the opinions of experts in the field of HR and AHP, which can be used to evaluate employees' thoughts and behavior. Based on the screening of the articles, the antecedents are categorized into 4 general concepts with 12 codes, and the consequences are classified into 2 and 8 codes. The results of the AHP analysis show that the normalization of the condition related to the behavioral outcome has the greatest impact on the evaluation of employees' thoughts and behavior, while the regulation of related emotions as a result of attitude has the least impact among the codes introduced in this evaluation.
