The Cultural Marketing Elements: The Essentials for Increasing of Museum Visits

Museum is the archaeological approach to the date, time, culture, society and human status or a demonstration of the new global conditions. Without understanding the philosophy, the meaning and nature museum cannot realize its importance in view of civilization. Today, Museums benefit from lots of different Marketing tactics in attracting visitors. Marketing is something used by someone who wants to influence the decision and behavior of another in order to reach its organizations' economic and social goals. Art Marketing is an integrated management process, which regards mutually satisfying exchange relationship with the customers as a means to achieve the organizational objectives.  One of the effective solutions is the using of the cultural marketing in order to develop a museum. The main objective of this study is the effect of the optimal use of cultural marketing in the rate of visits to museums. An analytical-descriptive methodology has been applied in this study. The questionnaire contains 35 items on a 5-point Likert scale. 300 questionnaires were distributed among visitors and museum officials in Tehran, Tabriz, Hamedan and Sanandaj were collected and analyzed. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used to ensure the reliability of the research tool. The questionnaire showed a very good reliability of 0.84 percent. The results show that the optimal utilization of cultural products, develop optimal pricing strategies, organizing people on the visit rate is effective. In addition, suitable use of advertising has increased the amount of historical tourism and visiting museums rate.

The importance of perceiving and knowing children visiting museums in Iran, inform researchers about the shortcoming of fundamentals in this regard, and despite the many potentials of this area, Children's visit to Museums in Iran is facing serious obstacles considering such shortages. In this regard, it seems very important to understand the importance of considering children as museum visitors. According to recent literature and perspectives advanced by experts related to this topic, all with the intent to broaden the views of museum professionals, this presentation wants to clarify the main results of these investigations which include: • Innovations of museums for children during their visit to learn and discover cultures • Children's criteria for visiting museums, and service quality factors (PhD thesis of researcher: Quality approach in the development of children's visit model), • Social and cultural influences in shaping society, The results offer a framework as a point of departure for understanding children in museums. To sum up, it can be said that museums have important entities for children's attractions, which with proper planning, attention and investment, can turn into young audiences' spotlight.

Due to universal importance of Tabriz carpet art and presence of specific indicators and motifs in Tabriz carpet art and its potentials, existence of architectural site for representing this art as carpet art museum in Tabriz is necessary. The site of this project is located adjacent to Tabriz Blue Mosque near the museum historical site. It is essential to consider the historical elements and components of the mentioned district identity in historical sites. This research aims at presenting architectural design of a valuable work of Tabriz carpet art museum besides considering criteria of the historical site adjacent to the Tabriz Blue Mosque. In designing Tabriz carpet art museum, the site potentials, concurrent employment of cultural and historical fabric concepts, adjacency of the Blue Mosque and being in direction of historical bazaar and Silk Road have been considered and used as the key pivots in design. This research is a case study based on observation and using architectural tools. Design limitations have been considered in the architecture of the museum near historical fabrics. The design components consist of Tabriz Bazaar cultural-historical architecture elements, utilization of the spatial connection, semantic continuation, respect to the site, preservation of old historical memory in modern approach. The results of this research can lead to successful architecture design adjacent to historical sites.

Visitor Motivation based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in the Cultural Museums (Case Study: Isfahan Constitutional House)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

The visitors visit the museums with different motivations. Since, motivation is prerequisite for decision-making and choice of destination, the motivation and needs of different visitors should be investigated effectively and efficiently. In addition, move towards the visitor motivation and needs can follow visitor satisfaction and increasing the number of visitors. Current research aims to identify the motivation of Isfahan Constitutional Museum visitors and compare it with Maslow's hierarchy of needs. Descriptive statistics and a qualitative method with the help of MAXQDA software were used to examine the research question, and the data was gathered through semi-structured interviews. The convenience sampling was used to collect data. The data reached the saturation point in interview number 40. The results illustrated that self-actualization needs are the first motivation for visiting the museum, which is divided into eleven open codes as visiting historical places and increasing historical information, learning, and interest, familiarity with the constitutional history and its events, interest in learning about the country's history, increasing historical information, taking photos, enjoying the architecture of the museum building and learning about it, academic research about the most influential people in the constitutional revolution, touching, feeling, smelling, and sensing history of Iran, familiarity with celebrities and characters of the museum, acquaintance with the biography of Haj Aqa Nourollah. Social needs were another motivation for visiting the museum. In addition, the need for safety and security was the last but not the least need that attracted the visitors to the museum.
