The identity and performance of the Justice and Development Party of Türkiye since coming to power in 2002 has been the subject of much thought and questions. By emphasizing the legacy of the last Islamic caliphate and relying on new economic-political achievements, Turkish Islamists have displayed a new formulation of state reason (raison d'état) in the international system under the banner of "Islamic Democracy". They claim to have formulated the requirements of being a Muslim requirements and the secular provisions of today's world together. This formulate of ruling which is based on a new understanding of Turkish Muslim identity contributes to the manifestation of self-confidence in domestic and foreign politics, and this is what have made them to be reckless in pursuing the policy of strategic depth in the Islamic world, the Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa and even Mediterranean area.By applying the theoretical possibilities of the concept of Governmentality in Foucault's thought, this article aims to first shed light on what and how this intellectual and identity transformation is, and then apply it to the politics of the Justice and Development Party.

Security is one of the social concepts that has been mentioned many times in the Holy Quran. This amount of reference to a concept in the Holy Quran shows the high importance of this concept. For this reason, the current research is aimed at analyzing the verses of the Holy Quran and using the method of interpreting the Quran to the Quran, to calculate the meaning of the concept of security in this divine source. The conducted studies show that a person needs to go through certain steps to reach the position of security. These steps are chained, and failure to fulfill any of them will result in not achieving the blessing of security. These stages include servitude and non-association with God, faith and righteous deeds, the position of divine caliph, the position of divine satisfaction, and finally attaining the position of security. Creating security in the society brings peace in that society and as a result, it brings that society to the position of closeness to God. Therefore, it is obligatory for the Islamic government to provide security and peace in the Islamic society and to provide the conditions for worshiping God.

Social change and transformation have long been studied by political philosophers and thinkers of social sciences, and a range of classical to modern theories have been presented in the field of "revolution theories". Although Iran`s Islamic Revolution was a unique revolution that had a serious impact on the theorizing of the revolutions, despite the efforts made, the analysis of the Islamic revolution and other divine-human (innate) revolutions still requires theorizing, and also there is a void of native theories based on Islamic principles in this field. Meanwhile, Imam Khomeini`s thought as a theoretician and leader of the Islamic Revolution has a potential for the innate (divine-human) revolution theory. Imam Khomeini (may Allah be pleased with him) explained the revolution and the inner upheaval of man based on the theory of innate and generalize individual's precepts on society, He explained the natural (divine-human) revolutions based on the “Makhmurah” and “Blate” nature and the spiritual and inner transformation of man. This article attempts to extract and analyze the fundamentals and components of the innate theory of revolution from the perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA) based on the foundation's data theorizing method.

Jurisprudence is a knowledge that provides responses to individual and societal behaviors of a Muslim. So, to find the proper behavior patterns, the Islamic government has to refer to jurisprudence. Islamic Republic of Iran has been recently accused of being in pursue of acquiring nuclear weapons and such an allegation has been faced with a recent decree issued by the supreme leader Ayatullah Khamene’ei in which it is clearly stated that any sort of keeping, proliferation and use of nuclear arms is canonically forbidden. Of course, this has per se been always a controversial issue for the Islamic communities that whether it is permissible to make use of such weapons in confrontation with the danger of an enemy equipped with them or not? The current article is seeking to find an answer to the question as to “what are the canonical proofs of banning the nuclear weapons application from the perspective of Ayatullah Khamene’ei?” I used descriptive-analytical method based on first hand sources. It has been made clear that one should transcend beyond the instrumental levels to gain a clear insight of the embargos and the following fundamental questions within the three realms, namely the philosophy of creation, political philosophy and the mankind’s position in Islam, should be first answered. The type of the answers forms the interpretations of the Ayat (Verses) and Narratives are conceived, especially when conflicts arise.

Shahid Soleimani designed and implemented a new model of diplomacy during the years of commanding the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which can be analyzed based on the conceptual framework of smart diplomacy.
