This paper sought to examine the impact of perceived Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMAs) on customer purchase intention via brand awareness in an online context. An online questionnaire was used to collect data from 188 samples. The data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling approach, and the research hypotheses were examined using SEM. The study measured SMMAs through personalization, customer community, and live video. The results revealed that SMMAs were insignificant towards brand awareness and purchase intention. The result also stated that brand awareness does not mediate the relationship between SMMA and purchase intention. However, brand awareness was found to affect purchase intention positively. The current study introduces the stimulus–organism–response model as a theoretical support to examine SMMAs of e-commerce to customers' purchase intention via brand awareness.

This study investigates the relationship between the user interface and problem-solving towards the continuous intention to use the services. New products or services will always face tough challenges for the customer, especially when the new procedures require them to learn and change some behaviors. Chatbots are also facing the same situation in Malaysia, where customers refuse to accept using chatbots to represent their physical presence. To understand customer behaviors, a quantitative survey was designed. Four hundred twenty-two data were collected from the online survey method. As per the results, the predictors of chatbot continuous intention are user interface and problem-solving. Apart from that, this study also measures the role of mediator, namely trust and customer satisfaction. This study contributes to unique academic and practical insights that can be used to explore the effectiveness of chatbots. The results revealed that both predictors were significant towards the continuous intentions. Besides, the role of the mediator was found to be significant and relevant in the relationship between trust and customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction and trust towards continuous attention.

Chatbots is a computer software powered by artificial intelligence designed to replicate human interaction. It is also possible to refer to them as digital assistants that comprehend the capacities of humans. The bot interprets the user's intent, then processes their queries and provides prompt responses. Chatbots perform their most crucial role: to analyse and detect the intent of the user's request to extract relevant entities. AI-powered chatbots were introduced to improve operational efficiency, eventually saving organisational costs. This study investigates the role of system and service quality in customer satisfaction in banking services. One hundred forty-five usable data were used for analysis. Data were analysed using the Smart PLS. The results revealed that response time, usability, adaptability, empathy and responsiveness were insignificant for customer satisfaction. The result is important as it gave the insight point of customers with regards to the new services. Business organisations may need to introduce chatbots and perhaps make some improvements from time to time to provide better services.

This study assessed the use of social media application significantly influence the students' decision-making to enrol at private higher education institutions (HEIs) within the Malaysian context. The underpinning theory applied in this study was the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA). A quantitative method, stratified sampling technique and systematic sampling technique applied in this study to test the proposed hypotheses based on a sample of 500 first-year students in their first academic semester at 23 selected private HEIs in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Data analysis was carried out using smartPLS software. The analysis outcome of the focal study had expounded a significant positive relationship between the use of social media application and students' decision-making as a direct relationship. Thus, analysis of the structural model had further verified that hypotheses h1 of the focal study were accepted. The result shows a  significant positive relationship between social media application and students' decision-making indicated by a path coefficient of  0.630, t-value of 24.103, and p-value of 0.000.

This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of university roles in entrepreneurial intentions among university students. This study is also measuring the functions of the system supports as the control variables towards entrepreneurial intentions. Universities seem to compete in the industry to provide and develop the entrepreneurial skills set to their students. Perhaps they may add more benefit in preparing and equipping their students as entrepreneurs once they completed their studies. The study was conducted in local universities. Three hundred respondents were approached in getting the data compiled. Based on that, only 250 complete and usable data received in returns. An 83% response rate is achieved because the sample was from a list of young entrepreneurs' schemes currently being assessed by the government agencies. Questionnaires used to validate the items from university roles (6 items), entrepreneurial intentions (5 items), and finally support systems (6 items). Likert scales were used to measure all the items. Besides that, there are also seven questions for respondents' profiles. The results indicate that all tested hypothesized were positively significant. Universities should consider finding ways to develop and motivating their students towards entrepreneurial intentions. Further study may continue the model with different sets of control variables for concrete solutions in managing the student's entrepreneurial intentions.

The progression of Internet as a vehicle to penetrate and develop markets is far reached. Advancement in telecommunication and technology are very rapid in Malaysia. Further, the spur is supported and promoted by the government whilst Malaysian’s are receptive to this. However, Malaysian retailers seem to channel much of its turnover through the old avenue. This study is a litmus test on Malaysians awareness on the local apparel sites. Some of the highlighted rationale to shop for apparels online is the experience, convenience and availability. On the flip side, non-user friendly, safety and non-sensory environment are underscored. These variables are analyzed using Chi-Square analysis to test its statistical independence, followed by correlation and further regressed. The research is focused on university students within Klang Valley. There are limited resources to previous studies done on this subject as source of reference. Therefore, further studies can bring forth insights on retailers in Malaysia and the consumer’s behavior; or either one, as the catalyst influence awareness on our local apparel sites. Rhetorical as it may sound, no one is prepared to assume risks in a questionable market
