چکیده
کلامی از شیخ طوسی در توثیق مشایخ صفوان، بزنطی و ابن ابی عمیر و تصحیح مراسیل آنها وجود دارد که در مفاد و دلالت آن، تفاوت رأی شکل گرفته است. در صورت اثبات مدعای شیخ بر توثیق مشایخ و تصحیح مراسیل این سه راوی، بسیاری از راویان حدیث، توثیق می شوند، همچنین شمار زیادی از روایات مرسل، اعتبار می یابند. نوشته حاضر با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، این مسئله را به روش تحلیلی انتقادی از کتاب المباحث الاصولیه آیت الله شهیدی مطالعه کرده است. درباره شهادت شیخ طوسی سه اشکال اصلی مطرح شده است: 1. شهادت شیخ طوسی حدسی است؛ 2. عمل کردن به مراسیل بر اساس اصاله العداله است؛ 3. روایت کردن متعدد این سه راوی از اشخاص غیرثقه، موهن این شهادت است. پژوهش حاضر نشان می دهد این سه اشکال و اشکالات دیگر مطرح شده را می توان پاسخ داد و شهادت شیخ طوسی بر وثاقت مشایخ صفوان، بزنطی و ابن ابی عمیر و تصحیح مراسیل آنها در صورتی که دلیلی بر خلاف وجود نداشته باشد، پذیرفته است.Authentication of Mashāyikh, Safwan, Bazanti and Ibn Abi Umayr's as well as their Marāsil from the perspective of Professor Shahidi
There is a statement by the late Sheikh Tusi implying that he authenticates the Mashāyikh, Safwān, Bazanti and Ibn Abi Umayr and their Marāsil, about which there is a difference of opinions. If the Sheikh's claim of authenticating the Mashāyikh and the Marāsil of these three narrators is proved, a large number of hadith narrators will be authenticated, as well as a large number of Mursal narrations. Due to the importance of the subject, the present article has studied this issue in an analytical-critical manner in Ayatollah Shahidi's book Al-Mabāḥith al-Usūliyya. There are three main problems with Sheikh Tusi's attestation: 1. the attestation is a conjecture 2. Acting according to the Marāsil is based on the principle of justice. 3. The numerous narrations by these three narrators from unreliable people undermine the attestation. The present study shows that these three problems and other ones can be answered and Sheikh Tusi's attestation over the trustworthiness of the Mashāyikh, Safwān, Bazanti and Ibn Abi Umayr and their Marāsil, is acceptable, if there is no evidence in contradiction.
