چکیده
اگر بحران را ترکیبی از فرصت و تهدید بدانیم بدون شک مسأله ولایتعهدی امام رضا علیه السلام یکی از بحرانهایی بوده است که ایشان با آن مواجه شدند. و مدیریت این بحران توسط امام رضا علیه السلام مدل و برنامه جامعی می طلبید که در آن بهترین بینش ها و روش های اداره و کنترل بحران لحاظ می شد که این مقاله در صدد تبیین آن در پاسخ به چیستی مدیریت بحران در مساله ولایتعهدی با روشی توصیفی – تحلیلی پرداخته است . در این مقاله ابتدا مطالبی پیرامون بحران و مدیریت بحران بیان گردیده و در بخش دوم جستجویی در باب مدیریت بحران در مسأله ولایتعهدی در سیره امام رضا صورت گرفته است. نتایج نشان می دهد که مدیریت بحران در سیره امام رضا را با عنایت به دو رویکرد تبیینی وتنذیری در سه بعد مدیریت قبل از بحران، مدیریت حین بحران ومدیریت بعد از بحران می توان طراحی کرد که در مرحله اول اقدامات مدیریتی از قبیل هشدار عمومی در جهت وقوع بحران، برنامه ریزی، ایمن سازی و شفاف سازی صورت گرفته است. در مرحله دوم اقدامات مدیریتی همچون تبدیل بحران به فرصت، اتخاذ تصمیم به موقع و روشنگری و اطلاع رسانی انجام شده و در مرحله سوم اقدامات مدیریتی مانند بهره وری بهینه در تبلیغ مذهب تشیع وبهروری بهینه از مناظرات انجام گردیده است . خاطر نشان می شود که مدیریت بحران توسط امام رضا(ع) در سه مرحله قبل از بحران،حین بحران و بعد از بحران با رویکردهای تبیینی وتنبیهی صورت گرفته است ؛ این مساله نشانگر توجه امام به تدابیر و اقدامات با چشم انداز تبیین معارف الهی ویادآوری وتنبه یاران و دشمنان است با اقداماتی که امام در مدت ولایتعهدی انجام دادند طرح مامون برای نابودی امامت ائمه (ع) منجر به شکست شد وامام (ع) با راهبردهای مناسب ،تشیع را به ساحل امن هدایت کردندCrisis management model Imam Reza (as)(case study: issue of Imam Reza (as) 's guardianship)
If we consider the crisis as a combination of opportunity and threat, there is no doubt that the issue of Imam Reza (as) 's guardianship has been one of the crises he faced. And the management of this crisis by Imam Reza PBUH demanded a comprehensive model and program in which the best insights and methods of crisis management and control were considered, which this article seeks to explain in response to what is crisis management in the issue of guardianship in a descriptive way - Has done an analysis. In this article, first, issues about crisis and crisis management are stated, and in the second part, a search is conducted on crisis management in the issue of guardianship in the life of Imam Reza. The results show that crisis management in Imam Reza's biography can be designed in three dimensions: pre-crisis management, crisis management and post-crisis management. In the first stage, measures such as: public warning in the event of a crisis, planning, security and transparency have been taken. In the second stage, measures such as: turning the crisis into an opportunity, timely decision-making, enlightenment and information have been done, and in the last stage, the optimal use of the situation arising from the crisis has been taken.
