کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در عصر رسانه ای و تأثیر آن بر استراتژی های جنگ ترکیبی

چکیده
هوش مصنوعی به عنوان یکی از فناوری های تحول آفرین عصر حاضر، نقش فزاینده ای در تحولات حوزه های امنیتی و نظامی ایفا می کند. در چارچوب جنگ ترکیبی، که تلفیقی از ابزارهای نظامی، اطلاعاتی، اقتصادی، روانی و اجتماعی برای تأثیرگذاری بر تصمیمات و رفتار دشمن به کار گرفته می شود، کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی تحولی بنیادین ایجاد کرده است. تحلیل کلان داده ها، شبیه سازی رفتارهای جمعی، پیش بینی واکنش های اجتماعی و پشتیبانی از تصمیم گیری های پیچیده، از جمله قابلیت هایی هستند که این فناوری را به ابزاری استراتژیک در جنگ ترکیبی بدل کرده اند. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی–تحلیلی و با بهره گیری از چارچوب های نظری علوم شناختی و مطالعات امنیتی، به بررسی نقش هوش مصنوعی در ارتقاء کارایی و دقت استراتژی های جنگ ترکیبی می پردازد. تمرکز ویژه بر کاربردهای این فناوری در تحقیقات کیفی، به ویژه در شناخت عمیق تر زمینه های اجتماعی، فرهنگی و روانی، نشان می دهد که ادغام AI با روش های کیفی مانند تحلیل محتوای رسانه ای، مصاحبه های عمیق و مشاهده مشارکتی، می تواند به طراحی مؤثرتر عملیات اطلاعاتی و روانی کمک کند. بر این اساس، توسعه الگوریتم های تفسیرپذیر، تقویت زیرساخت های امنیتی و تدوین چارچوب های حقوقی و اخلاقی، پیش شرط بهره برداری مسئولانه از هوش مصنوعی در جنگ های آینده محسوب می شود.Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Media Age and Its Impact on Hybrid Warfare Strategies
Artificial intelligence, as one of the transformative technologies of the present era, plays an increasing role in developments in the security and military fields. In the context of hybrid warfare, which is a combination of military, information, economic, psychological, and social tools used to influence the decisions and behavior of the enemy, the applications of artificial intelligence have created a fundamental transformation. Big data analysis, simulation of collective behaviors, prediction of social reactions, and support for complex decision-making are among the capabilities that have turned this technology into a strategic tool in hybrid warfare. The present study, with a descriptive-analytical approach and using theoretical frameworks of cognitive science and security studies, examines the role of artificial intelligence in improving the efficiency and accuracy of hybrid warfare strategies. A special focus on the applications of this technology in qualitative research, especially in deeper understanding of social, cultural and psychological contexts, shows that integrating AI with qualitative methods such as media content analysis, in-depth interviews and participatory observation can help design more effective information and psychological operations. Accordingly, the development of interpretable algorithms, strengthening security infrastructures and developing legal and ethical frameworks are prerequisites for the responsible use of AI in future wars.
