چکیده
یکی از سازوکارهای افزایش تمایل دانشجویان به ورزش و مشارکت در فعالیت ورزشی، برگزاری مناسب رویدادها و فعالیت-هایی مانند المپیاد ورزشی دانشجویی می باشد. ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘیﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ شناسایی عوامل برگزاری اثربخش المپیاد ورزش های همگانی دانشجویان و ارائه راهکارهایی برای بهبود اجرای آن بود. روش پژوهش کیفی و با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. برای گردآوری داده ها از ابزار مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند استفاده شده است. ﺟﺎمعه آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘیﻖ شامل همه دانشجویان، مربیان، سرپرستان و عوامل اجرایی پنجمین المپیاد ورزش های همگانی دانشجویان دانشگاه ها بود. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔیﺮی ﺑﻪﺻﻮرت هدفمند انجام ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از اﻧﺠﺎم 25 ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ و رسیدن به اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈ ﺮی، ﺑ ﻪ ﻣﺼ ﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫ ﺎ ﭘﺎﯾﺎن داده ﺷد. همچنین اسناد، گزارشات و مقالات مرتبط با موضوع مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفت. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات، کدهای مربوط به مصاحبه های مکتوب با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند. یافته های پژوهش پس از شناسایی تم های اولیه، ثانویه و اصلی نشان می دهد که عوامل برگزاری اثربخش المپیاد ورزش های همگانی دانشجویان در چهار مقوله اصلی سوق دهنده ها، راهکارها، بازدارنده ها و پیامدها قرار گرفتند. برگزاری مطلوب المپیاد دانشجویی باعث توسعه فرهنگ ورزش همگانی و افزایش نشاط و شادابی در بین دانشجویان خواهد شد. همچنین نتایج این تحقیق راهکاری عملی برای مجریان و تصمیم گیران المپیاد ارائه کرده و گامی هر چند کوچک در راستای کیفیت بخشی به ورزش های دانشجویی برداشته است.Identifying the factors of the effective holding of the public sports Olympiad of the students of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology
One of the mechanisms of increasing students' interest in sports and participation in sports activities is the proper holding of events and activities such as the student sports Olympiad. The aim of this research was to identify the factors of effective holding of the students' general sports Olympiad and to provide solutions to improve its implementation. The method of qualitative research was done with thematic analysis method. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The statistical population of the research included all students, coaches, supervisors and executive agents of the 5th Olympiad of public sports for university students. Sampling was done purposefully. After completing 25 interviews and reaching theoretical satisfaction, the interviews were ended. Also, documents, reports and articles related to the subject were studied and reviewed. After collecting the data, the codes related to the written interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis method. After identifying the primary, secondary and main themes, the findings of the research show that the factors of the effective holding of the student sports Olympiad were placed in the four main categories of drivers, solutions, barriers and consequences. The favorable holding of the Student Olympiad will develop the culture of public sports and increase the vitality and cheerfulness among the students. Also, the results of this research have provided a practical solution for the organizers and decision makers of the Olympiad and have taken a small step towards the quality of student sports.
