تهیه منشور و مقیاس اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش دانشگاهی: اعتبار سنجی با مدل راش (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر برای تهیه نسخه فارسی منشور و اعتبار سنجی مقیاس اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش دانشگاهی، با عنایت به رویکردهای اساتید رشته های گوناگون دانشگاهی، صورت گرفت. ابتدا، ترجمه فارسی منشور تهیه شد؛ سپس، با تحلیل داده های کیفی به بررسی نظرات کتبی و شفاهی اساتید دانشگاه ها پرداخته شد. در ادامه، نسخه فارسی منشور ذیل چهارمولفه تعهد به دانشجو، حرفه، سازمان و جامعه، در قالب 54 گزاره، ارائه گردید. در فاز کمّی، مقیاس 7 مقوله ای سنجش اخلاق حرفه ای و بر اساس منشور تهیه شده و در اختیار 200 استاد دانشگاه قرار گرفت. داده های این مرحله با استفاده از مدل مقیاس رتبه بندی راش-اندریچ و به منظور سنجش برازندگی محتوا و تک بعدی بودن ابزار بررسی گردید و ابزاری روا شده و پایا تهیه شد. بدین صورت، 6 آیتم حذف شده و تعداد مقوله ها به 5 مقوله کاهش یافت. نهایتا، مقیاس سنجش اخلاق حرفه ای در آموزش دانشگاهی با 48 آیتم 5 مقوله ای معرفی شدDeveloping the Code and the Scale of Professional Ethics in University Education: Validation through Rasch Model
This study was conducted to prepare the Persian version of the code and validate the professional ethics of university instructors’ scale, considering the approaches of professors of various academic disciplines. First, Farsi translation of the code was prepared; then, the written and oral opinions of professors of several universities were examined through qualitative phase of data analysis. Next, the Persian version of the code under the four components of commitment to the student, profession, organization and society was presented in the form of 54 propositions. In the quantitative phase, a 7-category scale for measuring professional ethics was prepared based on the code and was given to 200 university professors. The assessment of content fitness and one-dimensionality of the inventory was investigated. Consequently, 6 items were removed and the number of categories was reduced to five. Finally, the scale with 48 items in a 5-category Likert form was developed.
