چکیده
امروزه یکی از عوامل مهم در فعالیت شرکتها ملاحظات زیست محیطی است. در این راستا، برای رسیدن به هدف توسعه پایدار، نوآوری سبز می تواند باعث بالا بردن کارایی و بهره وری منابع و به طور موثر، کاهش آلایندگی شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیلگر آشفتگی فناوری سبز و میانجی ظرفیت جذب سبز در تاثیر گرایش کارآفرینانه سبز و بازارگرایی سبز بر عملکرد نوآوری سبز اجرا گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران شرکتهای دانش بنیان استان قم به تعداد 107 نفر بود که تعداد 84 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه تحقیق مشخص و پرسشنامه ها به روش تصادفی ساده از طریق شبکه های اجتماعی جمع آوری شدند. برای جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از پرسشنامه های استاندارد استفاده شد و پایایی آن توسط آلفای کرونباخ، معیار Rho، پایایی ترکیبی و بارهای عاملی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا پرسشنامه نیز با معیار AVE، معیار فورنل لارکر و نسبت HTMT تایید شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که گرایش کارآفرینانه سبز و بازارگرایی سبز بر عملکرد نوآوری سبز تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند و ظرفیت جذب سبز نقش میانجی را در تاثیر گرایش کارآفرینانه سبز و بازارگرایی سبز بر عملکرد نوآوری سبز ایفا می کند. همچنین آشفتگی فناوری سبز تاثیر گرایش کارآفرینانه سبز، بازارگرایی سبز و ظرفیت جذب سبز بر عملکرد نوآوری سبز را تعدیل می کند. ضمن اینکه تجزیه و تحلیل چند گروهی نشان داد که بین تاثیرات گروههای مختلف جامعه (شرکت های نوپا و شرکتهای فناور و نوآور) نسبت به مسیرهای مورد نظر هیچ تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد.Investigation the Role of Green Technology Turbulence and Green Absorptive Capacity in the Impact of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation and Green Market Orientation on Green Innovation Performance
Nowadays, One of the Important Factors in the Activities of Companies is Environmental Considerations. In this Direction, To Achieve the Goal of Sustainable Development, Green Innovation can Increase the Efficiency and Productivity of Resources and Effectively Reduce Pollution. The Present Study aims to investigate the Moderating Role of Green Technology Turbulence and the Mediating Role of Green Absorptive Capacity in the Effect of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation and Green Market Orientation on the Green Innovation Performance. The Statistical Population of the Research Included 107 Managers of Knowledge-Based Companies in Qom Province, of Which 84 People Were Determined as the Sample Size of the Research and the Questionnaires Were Collected by A Simple Random Method Through Social Networks. Standard Questionnaires Were Used to Collect Research Data and its Reliability Was Confirmed By Cronbach's Alpha, Rho Criterion, Composite Reliability and Factor Loadings. Also, the Convergent Validity and Divergent Validity of the Questionnaire Were Confirmed By AVE Criterion, Fornell Larcker Criterion and HTMT Ratio. The Research Results Showed that Green Entrepreneurial Orientation and Green Market Orientation Have A Positive and Significant Effect on Green Innovation Performance, and Green Absorptive Capacity Plays A Mediating Role in the Effect of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation and Green Market Orientation on Green Innovation Performance. Also, Green Technology Turbulence Moderates the Effect of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation, Green Market Orientation and Green Absorptive Capacity on Green Innovation Performance. In Addition, Multi-Group Analysis Showed that there is No Significant Difference Between the Effects of Different Groups Of Society (Start-Up Companies and Technological and Innovative Companies) in Relation to the Desired Paths.
