بررسی سیاست تقسیم سود و کارایی سرمایه گذاری در گروه های تجاری با توجه به نقش مالکیت دولتی

چکیده
این پژوهش به بررسی سیاست تقسیم سود و کارایی سرمایه گذاری در گروه های تجاری با توجه به نقش مالکیت دولتی پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر نوع داده کمی، ازنظر منطق اجرا قیاسی-استقرایی و ازنظر نحوه اجرا توصیفی-همبستگی می باشد. در این تحقیق از منابع مختلفی ازجمله کتب، مقالات داخلی و خارجی و اینترنت استفاده شده است. روابط بین متغیرها با استفاده از مدل های همبستگی و رگرسیون چندمتغیره آزمون شده است. ابتدا داده های گردآوری شده در نرم افزار اکسل طبقه بندی و پس از ساماندهی و محاسبه متغیرها، جهت تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار آماری استاتا بهره گرفته شده است. در این پژوهش به منظور بررسی فرضیه ها از داده های 64 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی دوره زمانی 10 ساله از 1392 تا 1401 استفاده شده است. جهت تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها از روش رگرسیون لجستیک مبنی بر داده های پانل استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین تقسیم سود و کارایی سرمایه گذاری در گروه های تجاری رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. مالکیت دولتی رابطه بین تقسیم سود و کارایی سرمایه گذاری در گروه های تجاری را تعدیل می کند.Examining the policy of profit sharing and investment efficiency in business groups according to the role of state ownership
This study examined the dividend policy and investment efficiency in business groups with regard to the role of state ownership. The present study is applied in terms of its purpose, quantitative data type, deductive-inductive implementation logic, and descriptive-correlation implementation method. Various sources, including books, domestic and foreign articles, and the Internet, were used in this study. The relationships between variables were tested using correlation and multivariate regression models. First, the data collected in Excel software was classified, and after organizing and calculating the variables, Stata statistical software was used to analyze the information. In this study, data from 64 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange over a 10-year period from 2014 to 2022 were used to examine the hypotheses. The logistic regression method based on panel data was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between profit sharing and investment efficiency in business groups. Government ownership moderates the relationship between profit sharing and investment efficiency in business groups.
