چکیده
هدف این تحقیق ارائه مدل جامع نوآوری باز در سازمان های دانش بنیان با استفاده از ترکیب روش های کیفی و کمی است. در دنیای کنونی، سازمان های دانش بنیان نیازمند یک رویکرد نوآورانه و پویا برای ایجاد و مدیریت فرآیندهای نوآوری هستند. در این تحقیق، پس از شناسایی کدهای فرعی و طبقه بندی آن ها به مضامین اصلی، الگوهای مؤثر در نوآوری باز به ویژه در ارتباط با فرهنگ سازمانی، فناوری های نوین، و فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری شناسایی شد. این تحقیق همچنین تأثیرات نوآوری باز بر رشد و توسعه سازمان های دانش بنیان و اهمیت همکاری های خارجی در ایجاد نوآوری های مؤثر را مورد بررسی قرار داد. استفاده از ترکیب روش های کیفی و کمی در تحلیل داده ها باعث شده تا مدل پیشنهادی با دقت و شفافیت بیشتری طراحی شود. در نتیجه، مدل جامع نوآوری باز به عنوان یک راهکار استراتژیک، می تواند به سازمان های دانش بنیان کمک کند تا از ظرفیت های بیرونی بهره برداری کرده و به طور مستمر فرآیندهای نوآوری را بهبود بخشند. این مدل با تأکید بر تعاملات میان سازمانی، به ویژه در بخش های تحقیق و توسعه، می تواند موفقیت های چشمگیری در افزایش بهره وری و رقابت پذیری سازمان های دانش بنیان به ارمغان آورد.Providing a comprehensive model of open innovation in knowledge-based organizations: combining qualitative and quantitative methods
The aim of this research is to provide a comprehensive model of open innovation in knowledge-based organizations using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In today's world, knowledge-based organizations require an innovative and dynamic approach to creating and managing innovation processes. In this research, after identifying sub-codes and classifying them into main themes, effective patterns in open innovation were identified, especially in relation to organizational culture, new technologies, and decision-making processes. This research also examined the effects of open innovation on the growth and development of knowledge-based organizations and the importance of external collaborations in creating effective innovations. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in data analysis has allowed the proposed model to be designed with greater accuracy and transparency. As a result, the comprehensive open innovation model, as a strategic solution, can help knowledge-based organizations to exploit external capacities and continuously improve innovation processes. By emphasizing inter-organizational interactions, especially in the research and development sectors, this model can bring significant successes in increasing the productivity and competitiveness of knowledge-based organizations.
