بررسی تاثیر مدرک تحصیلی مدیرعامل بر کیفیت کنترل داخلی (شواهدی از بورس اوراق بهادار تهران)

چکیده
با پیشرفت علمی و تغییرات شدید محیطی، قدرت نرم توجه فزاینده ای را به خود جلب کرده است و ابتکارات انسانی می تواند تأثیر زیادی بر جامعه بگذارد. مدیران مالی شرکت ها نقش مهمی در فرآیند کنترل داخلی شرکت ها دارند. بر این اساس ، هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی تاثیر مدرک تحصیلی مدیرعامل بر کیفیت کنترل داخلی (شواهدی از بورس اوراق بهادار تهران) می باشد. به منظور اجرای این پژوهش نمونه ای متشکل از 125 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی بازه زمانی 1395-1401 انتخاب شده است . داده های پژوهش از نرم افزار ره آورد نوین و صورت های مالی و سامانه کدال استخراج شده و فرضیه با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون چند متغیره و روش GLS آزمون شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد مدرک تحصیلی مدیرعامل تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کیفیت کنترل داخلی دارد.Investigating the effect of the CEO's degree on the quality of internal control (evidence from Tehran Stock Exchange)
With scientific progress and drastic environmental changes, soft power has attracted increasing attention, and human initiatives can have a great impact on society. Financial managers of companies play an important role in the internal control process of companies. Based on this, the aim of this article is to investigate the effect of the educational qualification of the CEO on the quality of internal control (evidence from Tehran Stock Exchange). In order to carry out this research, a sample consisting of 125 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period of 2001-2015 was selected. Research data were extracted from Rahvard Novin software and financial statements and Kodal system, and the hypothesis was tested using multivariate regression model and GLS method. The results of the research show that the educational qualification of the CEO has a positive and significant effect on the quality of internal control.
