صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان با تاکید بر معلمان مصلح ایران، مطالعه موردی: تربیت یافتگی معلم معاصر کرمانی عطا احمدی

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین صلاحیت های حرفه ای معلمان با تاکید بر مطالعه ی موردی تربیت یافتگی معلم معاصر کرمانی، عطا احمدی، انجام شده است.تحقیق حاضر از نوع هدف در زمره پژوهش های نظری است و رویکرد اصلی این پژوهش، رویکرد کیفی در پژوهش های تربیتی می باشد که برای انجام این تحقیق از روشی متناسب با سوال های پژوهشی مان استفاده شده است. از میان روش های مختلف مطرح در رویکرد کیفی از روش پژوهشی؛ روایت پژوهی، که برای به تصویر کشیدن داستان ها یا تجارب زیسته ی زندگی یک فرد مناسب است استفاده شده است وهمچنین شیوه ی تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل مضمون و شبکه ی معنایی که به سه شیوه ی کدگذاری پایه، کدهای سازمان دهنده و کدهای فراگیر مقوله های به دست آمده تبیین گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری داده های این پژوهش؛ مشاهده ی عینی، مصاحبه ی نیمه ساختار یافته و بررسی اسناد می باشد. همچنین به منظور تامین اعتبار یافته های پژوهش، انجام تحلیل به صورت گروهی و بررسی توسط مصاحبه شوندگان و همچنین سه سویه سازی که از ملاک های اعتبار یابی پژوهش های کیفی می باشند استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه با شاگردان، دوستان و همکاران معلم مورد پژوهش و تحلیل آنها 11 مقوله اصلی در ارتباط با چیستی تربیت یافتگی ایشان و 2 مقوله ی اصلی در ارتباط با چگونگی تربیت یافتگی شخصیت عطا احمدی کسب کرده ایم. این مقوله ها می تواند برای پرورش صلاحیت های لازم حرفه ی معلمی مورد استفاده متولیان تربیت معلم دانشگاه فرهنگیان قرار گیرد.Professional qualifications of teachers with an emphasis on reformed teachers of Iran Case study: education of contemporary teacher Kermani Ata Ahmadi
The purpose of the present research is to explain the professional qualifications of teachers by emphasizing the case study of the education of a contemporary teacher from Kermani, Ata Ahmadi. This research has used a method appropriate to our research questions. Among the various methods proposed in the qualitative approach of the research method; The research narrative, which is suitable for depicting the stories or lived experiences of a person's life, has been used, and the method of data analysis is thematic analysis and the semantic network, which is explained in three basic coding methods, organizing codes and comprehensive codes of the obtained categories. . The data collection tool of this research; Objective observation is semi-structured interview and document review. Also, in order to validate the findings of the research, group analysis and review by the interviewees, as well as three stratification, which are criteria for qualitative research, have been used. The results of the interviews with the students, friends and colleagues of the teacher under their research and analysis, we have obtained 11 main categories related to the nature of their education and 2 main categories related to the education of Ata Ahmadi's character. These categories can be used by the teachers of Farhangian University to develop the necessary qualifications for the teaching profession.
